CHARGING STATIONS FOR BIKES AND E-SCOOTERS
A parking and charging station for electric vehicles, the parking and charging station has a small footprint and data transfer capability. The electric vehicles may include e-bikes and e-scooters, but other similar vehicles may also be supported. The parking and charging station may include a vertical automatic and motorized conveyor. The parking and charging station may include a standalone vertical post with one or more bars attached horizontally.
Hard-Shell Motorcycle Cover Assembly
A hard-shell motorcycle cover assembly includes a floor panel that is positionable on a support surface thereby facilitating a motorcycle to be rolled onto the floor panel. The floor panel is longitudinally elongated to accommodate a full length of the motorcycle. A shell is divided into a rear portion that is hingedly coupled to a front portion. The rear portion is positionable in an open position to facilitate the motorcycle to be driven onto the floor panel. Additionally, the rear portion is positionable in a closed position to enclose, and protect, the motorcycle on the floor panel. A biasing unit is coupled between the rear portion and the front portion for biasing the rear portion into the open position.
MICROMOBILITY TRANSIT VEHICLE CABLE LOCK ASSEMBLY SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Techniques are disclosed for systems and methods associated with a cable lock assembly for a micromobility transit vehicle. A lock assembly may include a latch, an actuator, and an electric motor. The latch may be movable between a first, locking configuration securing a locking pin in place and a second, unlocking configuration disengaging the latch from the locking pin. The actuator may be coupled to the latch and movable between a plurality of positions, such as first, second, and third positions. The first position may secure the latch in the first configuration. The second position may move the latch to the second configuration. The third position may allow the latch to move between the first configuration and the second configuration. The electric motor may move the actuator between positions. A tolerance between the actuator and the latch may limit a load applied to the actuator by the latch.

Techniques are disclosed for systems and methods associated with locking a micromobility transit vehicle to a stationary object. A multimodal transportation system may include a docking station including a securement point, and a micromobility transit vehicle securable to the securement point of the docking station. The micromobility transit vehicle may include a storage basket and a lock cable including a first end coupled to the storage basket and a second end. The second end of the lock cable may be securable to the securement point of the docking station to lock the micromobility transit vehicle to the docking station. The storage basket may include a pin lock. The pin lock may engage a locking pin of the lock cable to lock the micromobility transit vehicle via the lock cable.
System, Method And Apparatus For Locking A Bicycle, A Scooter Or A Frame
An apparatus for locking a frame to an object, the apparatus including: a tethering portion that is stored inside the frame, and that extends around the object when it is partially removed from inside the frame; a retaining portion secured to a distal end of the tethering portion; and a locking portion mounted inside the frame for receiving the retaining portion to lock the distal end of the tethering portion in the frame.
SCOOTER WITH INTEGRATED LOCKING MECHANISM
A variety of scooters are disclosed. In some embodiments, a scooter can include a locking mechanism secured to an external surface of a frame of the scooter, and a locking cable at least partially retained within the frame of the scooter. The locking mechanism may include a lock core retained within a lock mount. The locking cable may inhibit access to a fastener securing the locking mechanism to the frame when the locking cable is retained within the locking mechanism.
MICROMOBILITY TRANSIT VEHICLE REAR TRIANGLE CONFIGURATION
Techniques are disclosed for a rear triangle configuration for a micromobility transit vehicle. In accordance with one or more embodiments, a micromobility transit vehicle is provided. The micromobility transit vehicle may include a seat tube, a wishbone seat stay including a fork and post connecting the fork to the seat tube, a collar connected to the post and rotatable about an axis defined by the post, and a lock cable connected to the collar to rotate about the post. The fork may be connected to a pair of chain stays, such as via a pair of rear dropouts, to extend around a portion of a rear wheel. The rear dropouts may include a vertical dropout structure and positively lock to an electric motor, such as via complementary structures. A channel may be disposed in a rear dropout to receive a motor cable running to the electric motor.
DOCKING STATION FOR MICROMOBILITY TRANSIT VEHICLES
A docking station for micromobility transit vehicles is provided. The docking station may include a rack configured to dock a micromobility transit vehicle, a bollard for securing the micromobility transit vehicle within the rack, and a dock module configured to detect a characteristic of a lock cable securing the micromobility transit vehicle to the bollard. The dock module may include an inductive coil assembly disposed around a hole of the bollard to detect the lock cable inserted into the hole.
LOCK MOUNTING ASSEMBLIES FOR TRANSPORTATION DEVICES
Lock mounting assemblies are disclosed for storing and mounting a locking apparatus to a transportation device. The mounting assemblies include one or more straps or connectors for securing the mounting assembly to the transportation device. The mounting assemblies having a structure to securely retain the locking apparatus on the transportation device and provide easy access to and release of the locking apparatus from the mounting assembly.
