Body Cladding for a Motor Vehicle, and Motor Vehicle
A body cladding for a motor vehicle, in particular for a single-track vehicle, is provided. The body cladding includes first and second cladding parts movable relative to one another, such that the second cladding part is arrangable in at least first and second positions relative to the first cladding part. When the second cladding part is in an open state of the body cladding relative to the first cladding part, a storage space is formed between the first and second cladding parts. The body cladding may be provided with a latch for latching the second cladding part in at least one of the open state, a closed state and at least one intermediate state between the open and closed states. The invention further relates to a motor vehicle having such a body cladding.
Pet Carrying Bag for Installation to a Bicycle Handle Bar
Present invention provides a pet carrying bag utilizing first tie bands and second tie band to provide means for securing the bag to a bicycle handle bar when looping the bands around the handle bar and clicking the insertion prongs to the receiving insertion shells. Such installation mechanism allows for tight and secure fit to bicycle handle bars of different configurations. The bag body is made of flexible materials with rigid back board and bottom board embedded inside the flexible material, for easy fold-down and storage. During regular usage, two movable boards can be set, by using common Velcro pieces, to prop the bag open, creating a maximum space for the pets.
SADDLE-TYPE VEHICLE
A saddle-type vehicle includes a vehicle body frame, a pillion step supported by the vehicle body frame and on which a foot of a passenger is to be placed, a passenger seat supported by the vehicle body frame and on which the passenger is to be seated, an exhaust pipe configured to guide an exhaust gas discharged from an engine to an outside, an exhaust pipe cover covering the exhaust pipe from a lateral outside thereof, and a guard body extending laterally outward from the vehicle body frame, wherein the guard body is disposed below the pillion step and to protrude laterally from an opening part formed in the exhaust pipe cover.
CYCLE CARRIER STRUCTURE
A cycle carrier structure mounted on a cycle comprises an integral bifurcated structure comprising a pair of limbs which are connected at their ends to complementary projections (6, 13) mounted on the ends of a skewer (12) by way of quick release connectors. The bifurcated structure (1) is pivotably connected at the interconnection between the limbs to one end of an adjustable strut (2). The strut (2) is connected at its other end to a seat post (10) by a quick release coupling (3). The bifurcated structure (1) has apertures (7) which can receive a pin (34) of a pannier (29) to secure the pannier (29) to the carrier frame (1). A hook (36) engages a limb of the bifurcated structure (1) to provide additional stability. The bifurcated structure (1) may be an integral component, for example a moulded, hollow component of composite material or alloy.
CASE AND MOUNT SYSTEM FOR HANDHELD ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A protective case and mounting system for a handheld electronic device is provided. The protective case can include a removable mounting system comprised of an interlocking member and a plurality of mounting bases. The protective case may further include a non-slip member to prevent the device from slipping on a surface and a magnet for attaching the device to a magnetic surface.
STRADDLE VEHICLE
A straddle vehicle includes: a body frame; an article storage portion including a case portion which is supported by the body frame and opens in a vehicle width direction and a lid portion attached to the case portion so as to be openable and closable and having a storage space; a lock unit for locking the lid portion to the case portion; and an antenna unit for receiving radio waves. A tray member is provided in an upper portion of the case portion in the storage space of the article storage portion, and the lock unit and the antenna unit are accommodated in the tray member.
Top Case Arrangement
A top case arrangement for a vehicle, in particular a motorcycle or a motor-cycle like vehicle, and a vehicle having such a top case, are provided. The top case arrangement includes a top-case, and a base support arranged below the top case. The base support connects to the vehicle structure and includes connecting sections for selectively connecting armrests to the base support. The top case includes in the region of the lower side, at least one cavity in which both connecting sections are arranged when the top case is in an installed position on the vehicle.
Handlebar accessory mount
A cam lever operated accessory gripping mechanism the gripping mechanism includes a cam lever, a threaded stud, a dowel fixed to a first end of the threaded stud, first and second relatively movable main body sections, the first of the main body sections including a handlebar bracket extension, a first clamping jaw for engaging a first side of the accessory, and an opening shaped to slidably receive the second main body section, and the second main body section including a bore and a slot for receiving a fastening member into which the threaded stud is threaded, and a second clamping jaw for engaging a second side of the accessory. The dowel is rotatably mounted in the camming lever, which has at least one overcenter camming surface that engages a cam-engaging surface of the first main body section, such that pivoting of the camming lever about the dowel in a first direction causes the dowel holding section of the camming level to move in an axial direction of the threaded stud, pulling the second main body section against a biasing force provided by a biasing spring extending between the first and second main body sections, in a direction that causes the second clamping jaw to move towards the first clamping jaw and thereby grip the accessory. Adjustment of the gripping mechanism to fit different accessories is accomplished by turning the threaded stud to cause axial movement of the follower insert and corresponding movement of the second main body section is a desired direction, to adjust the initial spacing of the first and second clamping jaws.
Two-wheeled vehicle
An engine includes a first cylinder communicating with a first intake port and a first exhaust port, and an exhaust assembly coupled to the engine and including a first exhaust manifold coupled to the first exhaust port. The first exhaust manifold is angled relative to the first exhaust port.
