The cloth has disposed thereon a bisector that divides an angle formed between the warp threads and the filling threads into two equal parts. The bisector is disposed so as to extend along a line segment that connects between a third mounting portion to be fixed to a vehicle body side and a front end portion that is farthest from the third mounting portion.
