Bicycle rear article carrier convertable to a single-wheeled trailer
A bicycle rear article carrier that converts into a single-wheeled trailer is disclosed. The carrier is nearly indistinguishable in appearance and utility from conventional rear carriers, however, its folding and/or telescoping mechanisms incease bicycle cargo carrying capacity by a significant factor. A 12 inch quick-release wheel that is integral to the trailer unit can be stowed on the side of the rack without undue diminishment to carrier utility. If defined strictly as a trailer, the unit disappears and becomes fully integrated with the bicycle by a few quick moves, comprising a system of ergonomic efficiency, space economy and convenience.
System of brackets and rails for attaching wheels, towing, and accessory devices to small pontoon watercraft
A system of brackets and rails for attaching wheels, towing devices, and other accessories to small pontoon watercraft in various locations and combinations to increase the transportability and utility of the watercraft. Among the advantages are the ability to tow the watercraft by hand or bicycle, and to allow other devices such as a human powered pedal drive, trolling motor, bike rack, cargo rack, and other accessories to be attached easily and without the use of tools.
REMOVABLE SEAT ATTACHMENTS FOR A STROLLER
Embodiments include strollers having removable seats. An example stroller may include rear wheels, front wheels, and a frame including a handle portion, a rear wheel support portion, a front wheel support portion and a folding mechanism connecting the front wheel support portion and the handle portion in both an unfolded configuration and in a folded configuration. The frame may include a stroller seat support portion positioned at a first vertical position adjacent the handle portion, and a front seat attachment configured for attachment to the front wheel support portion at a second vertical position substantially lower than the first vertical position. The front seat attachment may be configured to support the front stroller seat substantially over the front wheels so that a center of gravity of the stroller system is between the front wheels and the rear wheels.
Mobile palm oil processing machine
A mobile palm oil processing machine that is capable of being towed by a light-duty vehicle such as a motorcycle and that includes a small-scale palm oil press mounted on a trailer along with a diesel engine that is coupled to the palm oil press via a drive shaft. The trailer further comprises includes a removable cover capable of being deployed as a shelter roof or alternatively as a ramp when the mobile palm oil processing machine is deployed on site. The trailer further includes the capability for self-propulsion that allows the trailer to ascend and descend steep inclines and to assist the light-duty vehicle in self extrication when the trailer is stuck, such as on a muddy or unimproved road.
POWER-OPERATED TRAILER COMPRISING A MOTOR CONTROL DEVICE
A trailer to be attached to a cycle such as a bicycle, or a trailer-cycle set includes a device for controlling the steering and speed or deceleration of the trailer according to input control commands, the controlling device being equipped with means for measuring signals representing the longitudinal force and transverse force applied by the cycle to the trailer, the measuring means comprising sensors, including at least one deformation sensor for measuring the signal representing the longitudinal force applied by the cycle to the trailer and two sensors on the wheels of the trailer for measuring the signals representing the transverse force applied by the cycle to the trailer.
Trailer for a bicycle
The invention relates to a trailer (2) for a bicycle (1), having a braking device acting on wheel(s) (4) of the trailer (2); a sensor device (12) which supplies a measured variable, which is a measure of an acceleration force acting on the trailer (2) via a tow bar (5); a controller (18) for controlling the braking device and that is configured to act on the braking device, depending on the measured variable determined by the sensor device (12), such that an inertial force of the trailer (2) generated in the pulling mode or during braking of the bicycle (1) is compensated for or is at least reduced; and a decoupling device (10; 410; 510) which is configured for the partial mechanical decoupling of a movement of the bicycle trailer (2) with respect to the bicycle (1) in the longitudinal direction of the bicycle trailer (L).
BIKE TRAILER
The present disclosure pertains to a bike trailer (1) comprising a main frame (2). The main frame (2) comprising a lower frame portion (3), a rear frame portion (4) and two side frame portions (5, 6) provided on opposite lateral sides of the lower frame portion (3), the main frame (2) defining an accommodation space (7) for a passenger. The bike trailer (1) has an extension in a longitudinal direction (L), in a transverse direction (T) and in a height direction (H) and the bike trailer (1) comprises a seat structure (9) forming a seating area for the passenger. The seat structure (9) comprises a seat back (9a) and a seat bottom (9b), the seat back (9a) being configured for releasable connection to the bike trailer (1) in a first position (P1) and in a second position (P2), the first position (P1) providing a first lateral seating area for the passenger, and the second position (P2) providing a centralized seating area for the passenger, as seen in the transverse direction (T). The present disclosure also pertains to a bike trailer (1) comprising a main frame (2), the main frame (2) comprising a lower frame portion (3), a rear frame portion (4) and two side frame portions (5,6) provided on opposite lateral sides of the lower frame portion (3), the main frame (2) defining an accommodation space (7) for a passenger. The bike trailer (1) has an extension in a longitudinal direction (L), in a transverse direction (T) and in a height direction (H). The rear frame portion (4) comprises an upper cross bar (8) extending between the two side frame portions (5,6), the bike trailer (1) comprising a seat structure (9) forming a seating area for a passenger, the seat structure (9) comprising a seat back (9a) and a seat bottom (9b), the seat back (9a) being configured for moving between an upright position and a reclined position, the seat back (9a) being connected to the cross bar (8) at an upper end section (10) of the seat back (9a) via a reclining member (15), the reclining member (15) being transferable between a first configuration (C1) wherein the seat back (9a) is in the upright position and a second configuration (C2) wherein the seat back (9a) is in the reclined position, and wherein the upper end section (10) of the seat back (9a
