Exercise system
The function of this invention is to provide exercisers with a safe and easy way to convert a legs-only exercising device, such as a stationary trainer or bicycle, with the capacity to exercise their upper and lower body muscle groups simultaneously or separately. This invention is portable and can be moved easily from one legs-only exercising device to another. Once they are mounted onto the handlebar or attachment bar of the legs-only device, it is now a full-body trainer. Exercisers mount the trainer, place their feet on the cycling pedals, place their elbows onto the elbow holders, grasp the hand grips, and now start their full body exercising activity. The degree of difficulty of their exercise trek is easily accommodated by allowing the rider to adjust the resistance for moving the forearm bars up and down for an upright bike, or back and forth for a recumbent trainer.

BICYCLE DRIVETRAIN AND BICYCLE INCLUDING THE SAME
A bicycle drivetrain includes a front crankset having an axle, a main rider, a glider, an outer mesh plate coupled to the main rider, an inner mesh plate coupled to the glider that is configured to move toward and away from the outer mesh plate, and a spring configured to bias the inner mesh plate toward the outer mesh plate. The bicycle drivetrain also includes a rear cog and a hybrid chain connecting the front crankset and the rear cog. The hybrid chain is configured to mesh with the outer mesh plate and the inner mesh plate.
Assembly comprising an internal combustion engine selectively couple to generator and to another mechanically driven device
A generator assembly comprises an internal combustion engine connected to a generator by a transmission. The transmission comprises multiple outputs such that another mechanically powered device can be driven by the engine. The transmission includes a shift mechanism for selecting which output receives power from the engine. The assembly may also be a vehicle and one of the devices can be a drivetrain for powering a drive wheel of the vehicle.
BICYCLE CONTROL SYSTEM
A bicycle control system comprises a first bicycle component and a second bicycle component. The first bicycle component is configured to be mounted to a bicycle and to perform wireless communication. The second bicycle component is configured to be mounted to the bicycle and to perform wireless communication. At least one of the first and second bicycle components is configured to be electrically connected to a battery. One of the first and second bicycle components is configured to wirelessly output a pairing demand signal to the other of the first and second bicycle components in response to charging of the battery.

TRANSMISSION SYSTEM FOR A HUMAN-POWERED VEHICLE OR LIGHT ELECTRIC VEHICLE, SUCH AS A BICYCLE
The disclosure relates to a bicycle transmission comprising a first transmission and a second transmission connected in series. The first transmission is multi-speed transmission operative between a transmission system input and a transmission system output. The second transmission is a multi-speed transmission. A transmission ratio step size between successive transmission ratios of the second transmission is smaller than a transmission ratio step size between successive transmission ratios of the first transmission.
