The device is characterized in that a displaceable ramp slide (5) having two oppositely inclined running ramps (6) is arranged on the base plate (3), in that between the two running ramps (6) there is a joint (4) by which the camera support plate (2) is joined to the base plate (3), in that the camera support plate (2) comprises two guide pins (7) that are spaced apart from one another and are guided on the running ramps (6), and in that the device is designed in such a manner that by displacing the ramp slide (5) the camera support plate (2) assumes, with zero backlash, a defined tilting angle with respect to the base plate (3).
