AMPHIBIOUS MARSH CRAFT
20180290510 · 2018-10-11 ·

A tracked, amphibious vehicle, comprising at least two, spaced, elongated pontoons disposed generally parallel to one another. A platfofin structure can be supported by and structurally connects the pontoons, the platform structure including a transom, a lowermost generally horizontally extending panel above a free clearance area under a bottom panel and between the pontoons through which terrain and debris can pass. A hydraulic drive system can propel the vehicle, said drive system including left and right hydraulic motors mounted on the pontoons. At least one series of longitudinally spaced bogie wheels for supporting said vehicle can be mounted along the bottom of the pontoons. A continuous, endless belt can encircle each pontoon and engages the bogie wheels. Ground-engaging cleats assembled on the outer surface of each belt and covering the pontoon bottom provide traction to the vehicle. Gearing interfaces the motor with the endless belts. A supplemental, marine drive assembly includes: a hydraulic motor having a rotary device, shaft, with an axis, a propeller shaft having an axis wherein the motor axis and propeller axis are aligned, a universal joint connecting the hydraulic motor to the transom, and a housing including a sleeve that contains the propeller shaft, a first vertical plate connected to the sleeve and a second vertical plate connected to the sleeve below the first plate.

FOLDABLE WATERCRAFT

A watertight foldable system comprises a watertight panel in which folds have been made such that the panel may be folded from a flat state into an open-top watercraft such as for example a canoe. The panel comprises a set of folds such that the watercraft, after it has been folded into watercraft, has a bottom having a flat profile in longitudinal direction or having a convex profile relative to the watercraft.

Personal watercraft lift and transporting cart
20180273363 · 2018-09-27 ·

The present invention is a personal watercraft lift and transporting cart. In particular, the present invention is directed to a lift that can lift and rotate a personal watercraft (PWC) so that repairs can be conducted more ergonomically. The lift preferably has two lifting arms attached to upright frame members. In turn, the upright frame members extend vertically from a mounting base. The lift also preferably has two actuators pivotally attached to the lifting arms at one end and attached to the mounting base at the other end. When the actuators extend, the lifting arms lift and rotate. The transporting cart preferably has a cart chassis, a hull bunk and two receivers, where the first and second receiver are spaced to allow insertion of the first and second lifting arms so that the cart can be lifted and rotated by the lift with PWC mounted on the cart.

FLOATING VESSEL SYSTEMS AND METHODS

Techniques are disclosed for systems and methods to provide floating vessels. A floating vessels is provided by assembling a hull with an integrated multi-beam keel system to a deck to form one or more sealable cavities in which various type of goods may be stored, such as food, electronics, drinks, and/or other goods that a user desires to keep segregated from surrounding water and/or environment while traveling to, from, and on a body of water, such as a pond, river, lake, or ocean, for example, or while visiting a pool. The hull, deck, and any sealing lids of for the floating vessel may be thermally insulating so as to keep goods sealed within thermally isolated from surrounding water and/or the general environment. The floating vessel may include one or more strap anchors and/or fitted slots configured to secure a portage assembly to the floating vessel to facilitate conveying the floating vessel over land to and from a body of water.

Systems and methods for guiding a boat to a trailer

A trajectory module is configured to determine a trajectory of a boat located in water behind a trailer that is hitched to a vehicle based on an image behind the vehicle captured using a rear facing camera of the vehicle. An illuminating module is configured to turn a right brake light of the vehicle ON and OFF when the trajectory of the boat is left of a longitudinal axis of the trailer and to turn a left brake light of the vehicle ON and OFF when the trajectory of the boat is right of the longitudinal axis of the trailer.
