HIGH SPEED SURFACE CRAFT AND SUBMERSIBLE CRAFT
A marine vessel comprising: at least one buoyant tubular foil; and at least one baffle plate positioned about the perimeter of the at least one buoyant tubular foil so as to protrude into the flow of water passing by the perimeter of the at least one buoyant tubular foil, whereby to create a high-pressure zone fore of the at least one baffle plate and a low-pressure zone immediately aft of the at least one baffle plate, whereby to create a dense stream of supercavitated water immediately aft of the at least one baffle plate.
Waterproof floatation case for outboard motor
A waterproof floatation case is provided for an outboard motor which is suitable for use during deployment for covert operations with an inflatable motor craft. The encased propulsion unit can be mounted without the need for removing the case and the two panels of the case butterflied between the motor and watercraft to permit full operation of the motor. A 2-way valve permits suction to be drawn down on the case evacuating excess air and corrosive fluids from the encased motor.
TEAR RESISTANT WATER MAT
A water mat is provided. The mat includes a first buoyant layer, a netting layer and a second buoyant layer. The netting layer may be adhered in between the upper and lower foam layers. The netting layer may include crisscrossing fibers having a first set of fibers substantially parallel relative to each other and a second set of fibers substantially parallel relative to each other. The first set of fibers crisscross with the second set of fibers, and are thereby perpendicular relative to the second set of fibers. The netting layer provides additional strength to the mat.
Retractable swim platform and steps for pontoon boats
Systems, devices, and methods for providing a swinging system and platform assembly that deploys a swim platform from the front of a pontoon boat which is mounted underneath the deck between the pontoons in a raised position adjacent to the underside of the pontoon deck. The platform assembly, when deployed, provides a safe method for users of pontoon boat vessels to access the front deck area from land or from a body of water. The platform deploys from two pivoting frames affixed to the bottom of the deck, which is powered by an actuator with the push of a button on the control panel. For deployment, the platform is both lowered and extended out from the pontoon boat. A powered actuator positions the platform in the deployed position for use and then retracts the platform for storage.
COMPRESSED-AIR TANK FOR PREVENTING SINKING
A compressed air tank for sinking prevention comprises a compressed air tank having a valve; and an air pocket coupled to the compressed air tank and being filled with air discharged from the compressed air tank when the valve is opened, wherein buoyancy is provided to a cabin that is being flooded through the air pocket to prevent a ship from foundering.
Circumferentially foldable multiple pronged hook
A multiple pronged hook assembly has hook shafts that can be rotated and locked into desired positions individually, independent from the other hook shafts and is sealed free from outside elements, dirt, or liquid. A junction body securely encloses shafts of planetary hooks with a cylindrical opening to rotatably accommodate a cylindrical shaft of at least one circumferentially rotatable hook. A plunger rod has a rigging aperture at a top. A bottom end of the plunger is slidably disposed within a center of the junction body between the shafts of the plurality of planetary hooks to rotatably lock the at least one circumferentially rotatable hook when the plunger rod is in an up position and rotatably unlock the at least one circumferentially rotatable hook when the plunger rod is in a down position.
SECURITY DEVICE
Security barrier comprising: a substantially planar support element (2) having top and bottom edges, wherein respective top and bottom first attachment sites are formed at the top and bottom edges; and a bulbous barrier element (9), which is separate from the support element, having top and a bottom edges and respective top and bottom second attachment sites formed at the top and bottom edges, with a curved protruding section extending between the top and bottom edges, the protruding section extending away from the plane containing the top and bottom edges, wherein the support element and the barrier element are releasably connected to each other by way of the first and second top and bottom attachment sites, so that the support element and barrier element define an internal space therebetween which receives a horizontal rail, and wherein the security barrier may rest on the rail, a vertical plane being defined between the rail and the surface, so that the rail lies at or near the top edge of the support element and of the barrier element, the support element extends close to the vertical plane, and the protruding section protrudes outwardly from the vertical plane.

PAYLOAD RE-POSITIONING SYSTEM FOR A MARITIME VEHICLE
A payload re-positioning system for a maritime vehicle that includes a hull having a first portion and a second portion. The maritime vehicle includes a payload disposed within the second portion. The first portion may include an impact zone and a compressible zone. The impact zone is arranged to engage a target external to the maritime vehicle. The compressible zone is arranged to reduce the initial length of the first portion to a compressed length in response to the impact zone engaging the target external, thereby reducing a distance between the payload and the impact zone.
