The resulting plant extract agglomerate can be used in beverage products such as tea, herbal teas and coffee so as to increase the nutritional value of the beverage product.

The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of soft capsules, and particularly relates to a plant soft capsule and a preparation method and application thereof.
