Method and packaging whole kernels
A method for the packaging of popcorn kernels for popping in microwave ovens, in which the method comprises a stage of the dispensing popcorn kernels, a distribution agent, and a flavoring agent into a microwaveable package through an arrangement of independent discharge openings, adapted to supply and dose, respectively, the popcorn kernels, distribution agent, and flavoring agent.
Liquefied breathing gas systems for underground mines
A method of transporting liquefied breathing gases in underground mines includes providing a conduit system that extends within a mine shaft to a work space below ground where the conduit system includes an outlet positioned in the work space, delivering liquefied breathing gases through the conduit system, and vaporizing the liquefied breathing gases at the outlet of the conduit system.

PROCESS FOR PRODUCING POLYCRYSTALLINE SILICON
Polycrystalline silicon chunks are packed for further processing and/or for shipment with minimal contamination by introducing the chunks into a cardboard container lined with a non-contaminating plastic. The process is economical, avoids the problems associated with packaging in plastic bags, and provides far less contamination and spillage during transport.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PACKAGING LOOSE PRODUCT
An apparatus for packaging of loose product includes a loading station, a box forming station and an uploading station. The loading station includes moveable chutes in spaced apart relation. Each chute has an open top, an open upstream end, and an open downstream end. The open top is configured to receive loose product while moving along a first feed path. The box forming station is operable to partially erect boxes in spaced apart relation with first and second open sides and align the first open side of each box with the downstream end of a corresponding chute while moving along a second feed path. The unloading station includes a stationary vacuum head in communication with the second open side of each box. The vacuum head provides a continuous vacuum source along the second feed path operable to move loose product from the chute into the boxes.

Powder replenisher and powder replenishing method
A powder replenisher includes a powder replenishment container to be replenished with powder. A pressure adjuster increases and decreases operating pressure applied to a variable capacity portion. A powder measuring instrument measures an amount of the powder that replenishes the powder replenishment container. A controller performs a precise replenishing mode in which, after the controller determines that the powder replenishment container is replenished with the powder in a predetermined amount, while the controller controls the powder measuring instrument to measure the amount of the powder inside the powder replenishment container, the controller controls the pressure adjuster to replenish the powder replenishment container with the powder in a target amount. The controller controls the pressure adjuster to replenish the powder replenishment container with the powder while the controller controls the pressure adjuster based on the operating pressure detected by an operating pressure detector in the precise replenishing mode.
Method for manufacturing stick-type tea bag
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a stick-type tea bag, which includes (a) forming a part of a board to form a pair of holes symmetrically based on a virtual center line formed at the board, (b) disposing a jig, which has grooves at locations respectively corresponding to the pair of holes, below the board, (c) disposing a mesh member on the pair of holes to respectively cover the pair of holes, (d) attaching an edge of the mesh member to a part of the board adjacent to the holes by pushing an upper portion of the mesh member with a push rod, in a state in which the push rod is inserted into the groove, and (e) adhering inner sides of the board in a state in which the board is folded based on the center line with tea being interposed therein so that the tea is confined in a storage bag.
Apparatus, system and method for formulating personalized formula product
An apparatus, system, and method used for preparing a customized recipe product are provided. The apparatus includes a control system and a plurality of raw material units and conveying mechanisms. The plurality of raw material units are used for containing different raw materials. Each raw material unit contains a raw material bin, a material discharge port, and a material feeding mechanism. The control system generates a preset procedure on the basis of a customized recipe, and, according to said preset procedure, controls the conveying mechanisms and the material feeding mechanisms in the relevant raw material units of the preset program, until the preset procedure is completed so that a material receiving container receives the required raw materials. The apparatus can provide more targeted customized recipe products for individual needs.
Heat sealing device
There is provided a heat sealing device that seals a film for packaging an article by heat welding, with the film sandwiching the article in between and being disposed in a partially overlapped state around the article, the heat sealing device including: a sealing head that heat-welds a seal portion to be sealed in the film; a first cooling head that cools the seal portion after heat welding by the sealing head; and a second cooling head that cools at least a part of an article side region in the film, which is located on an article side with respect to the seal portion.
