CONE DISPENSING APPARATUS AND METHOD THEREOF
A cone dispensing apparatus a control system for monitoring and controlling the various components of the apparatus. The dispensing apparatus can include a first cam and a second cam, wherein the first cam and second cam are positioned parallel to each other in a housing. A first motor can be coupled to the first cam and a second motor can be coupled to the second cam, wherein the first and second motors are configured to rotate the cams around an axis. A first holdback plate and a second holdback plate can be coupled to a respective first linear motor and second linear motor. The hold back plates and cams can be synchronized to dispense a cone from the cone stack to the cams positioned below.
APPARATUS AND PROCESS FOR HANDLING FOOD PACKAGING
The invention provides an apparatus for separating a cone sleeve (4) from a nested stack of cone sleeves (1) the apparatus comprising a chamber (2) having an upper (7) and a lower (8) surface connected by a wall or walls (6), the upper surface (7) having an upper circular opening (3) and the lower surface (8) having a lower circular opening (5) characterized in that the upper circular opening (3) has a circumference of from 100-135% of the maximum circumference of the cone sleeve (4), the lower circular opening (5) has a circumference of from 95-99.5% of the maximum circumference of the cone sleeve (4), and the chamber (2) has inlets (9) connectable to a pressurized gas supply. The invention also provides process that employs the apparatus, the process comprising the steps of providing a stack of nested cone sleeves (1); placing the lowermost end of the stack into the chamber (2) from above the chamber (2); and allowing the lowermost cone sleeve (4) to sit within the lower circular opening (5) and allowing the cone sleeves above the lower-most cone sleeve (4) to protrude from the top of the chamber (2) characterized in that pressurized gas is introduced into the chamber via the inlets (9) thereby to create an elevated pressure within the chamber (2).
SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING FOODS
A system (1) for producing foods, in particular a chocolate system, comprising at least one treatment station and at least one industrial robot (2, 3), which comprises at least one effector (4) having at least one receiving device for at least one product carrier (14) and comprises at least one manipulator (13) for transferring the at least one product carrier (14). The industrial robot (2, 3) additionally comprises at least one control device, preferably at least one associated processing device, and the control device is or can be set in such a way that the product carrier (14), preferably at and/or opposite a treatment station and/or between two treatment stations, can be shaken, spun, turned, rotated, slid, raised, lowered, blown at, suctioned out, cleaned, stacked and/or unstacked, cleared out by knocking, emptied, filled, temperature-controlled, and/or, in particular under sensor control, moved along a predetermined path.
Ice cream sandwich apparatus
An ice cream sandwich apparatus for making and wrapping ice cream sandwiches. The ice cream sandwich apparatus includes a plurality of stations driven by servo motors.
System for producing chocolate-based articles
A system for producing chocolate-based articles in solidifying form includes a transportation system having at least a first conveyor belt looped around at least a first and second axes. A dispensing unit is arranged to dispense chocolate mass in liquid form along an outer surface of a top load carrying side of the at least first conveyor belt. The at least one conveyor belt is arranged for transporting the chocolate mass through at least one cooling chamber at a predetermined speed along a first and a second cooling path, which may be positioned opposite one another. The system may further include a release mechanism positioned along the second cooling path for releasing the chocolate mass from an outer surface of the bottom load carrying side of the at least first conveyor belt.
Method and device for separating sheet-shaped objects into strip-shaped or slab-shaped object sub-units
A conveying and separating method and a device for separating sheet-shaped objects, for example preliminary chewing-gum products or intermediate chewing-gum products in the form of chewing-gum sheets, into strip-shaped or slab-shaped object sub-units. The conveying and separating method and device for separating sheet-shaped objects preferably separates sub-units one after another from each of the sheet-shaped objects at at least one weakened region on each of the sheet-shaped objects by a conveying and separating device that preferably has a revolving conveyor belt with suction elements that can be activated and deactivated. The suction elements pick up, hold, and convey the sheet-shaped object when the suction element is activated and release the sub-units when the suction element is deactivated.
Lollipop
The present invention is directed to a lollipop (10) comprising: a hollowed stick (14); a sweetmeat (12) mounted on one end of the hollowed stick (14); a cover (16) in a form of a sheet folded around both, the sweetmeat (12) and the stick (14); and a lollipop cover cutter (20), comprising: a handle (24) mating with the hollowed stick (14); and a sickle (22) connected to the handle (24); thereby upon locating the stick (14) in the sickle (22) and rotating the stick (14), cutting the cover (16) by the blade (26).
BITTER TEA CANDY MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND BITTER TEA CANDY
A bitter tea candy manufacturing method includes: using fish mint, cut-leaf ground berry, Indian spherical turmeric, flemingia macrophylla, dried ginger, Indian peppermint, wakame, Indian echinacea and spreading hedyotis for a first decoction to obtain a green herb extract liquid; using the green herb residues remained for a second decoction to obtain a green herb extract liquid; re-extracting the first-and second-decoction extracted liquids to obtain a green herb extract concentrated liquid; adding the second-decoction noni fruit powder, maca powder, acanthopanax powder, rhodiola powder and naturally extracted strip menthol crystal grain and a small amount of excipients into the green herb extract concentrated liquid; rapidly freezing and grounding the mixed liquid to obtain a green herb extract powder; mixing the green herb extract powder with syrup, Vitamin C, and food grade menthol crystal powder to produce a candy; shaping the candy; and packaging the candy with an aluminium foil.
