Deposition mask package and deposition mask packaging method
A deposition mask package according to the present embodiment includes a receiving portion, a lid portion that faces the receiving portion, a deposition mask that is arranged between the receiving portion and the lid portion and has an effective region in which a plurality of through-holes is formed. The receiving portion has a first opposing surface facing the lid portion and a concave portion provided on the first opposing surface. The concave portion is covered by a first flexible film. The effective region of the deposition mask is arranged on the concave portion with the first flexible film interposed therebetween.
PRODUCT PACKAGING USING COMPUTER VISION AND ADAPTIVE PACKAGING SELECTION
Systems and methods for packing a shipping container. The methods comprise: detecting, by a computing device, a presence of the shipping container; generating, by a computing device, a 3D point cloud comprising a 3D perspective representation of interior of the shipping container and surfaces of at least one item disposed in the shipping container; analyzing, by a computing device, the 3D point cloud to identify a void area inside the shipping container, the void area being absent of the at least one item; selecting, by the computing device, a percentage from a plurality of possible percentages based on a characteristic of the void area; and causing, by the computing device, protective packaging to be dispensed into the void area such that the selected percentage of the void area is filled with the protective packaging.
Method of packaging a product for shipment and product-shipping package
A method for packaging a product and a product-shipping package. A pad includes upper and lower horizontal score lines inset from upper and lower edges, and right and left vertical score lines inset from right and left edges. The score lines define a central portion, upper and lower portions, and right and left portions. The product is placed on the central portion. The upper and lower portions fold toward the central portion, contacting the product. A wrap of restraining material is wrapped around the pad and the product. The right and left portions fold to an upright position perpendicular to the pad. The right and left vertical score lines include die-cut tabs. When the right and left portions fold to the upright position, the die-cut tabs extend to an aligned position below and perpendicular to the pad. The pad and the wrapped product insert into a master shipping container. The wrap holds the product in position on the pad. The upright right and left portions and the extended die-cut tab portions t suspend the pad and product within the container.

DUNNAGE AND PACKAGING OPTIMIZATION
Systems are provided for automatically optimizing packaging and dunnage for a group of objects. The systems calculate dimensions for a custom-made packaging template. The dimensions for the custom-made packaging template are adjusted to allow for a specific amount of dunnage. The systems generate a packaging command that causes a packaging-production machine to generate custom-made packaging templates based upon the calculated dimensions for the custom-made packaging template. The systems also generate a dunnage command that causes a dunnage-production machine to generate the specific amount of dunnage.
Method for packing quartz glass cloth
A method for packing quartz glass cloth includes the step of packing quartz glass cloth that is at least 99.5 wt % comprised of SiO.sub.2 with packaging film to form a package, wherein the package has a volumetric absolute humidity therein of 10.0 g/m.sup.3 or less.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PACKAGING
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing packaging for a food product, in particular a hollow shaped chocolate article. In the disclosed method, two half-shells are provided, each of which includes a pre-shaped, curved thin foil having an edge that projects peripherally, a food product is introduced between the half-shells, the edges of the half-shells are coupled to one another such that the two half-shells accommodate the product in a cavity, a sealing layer being provided in at least some sections between the edges, and the edges are joined to one another using a sealing and folding process. In order to be able to carry out said method as easily and conveniently as possible, effectively seal the half-shells at the edges and obtain packaging that is esthetically appealing from the outside, the sealing process is performed at the same time as the edges are folded or after the edges have been folded. The disclosed manufacturing method results in packaging in which the sealed portion extends transversely across the fold line.
Packaging Assembly
A frame (10) used in a packaging assembly for retaining a product within a box. The frame includes a panel (16) having a panel width (W1) greater than the box width. A front panel flap fold zone (26) corresponds to the front closure flap fold line of the box. A rear panel flap fold zone (30) corresponds to the rear closure flap fold line of the box. A central panel portion (34) extends between the front and rear panel flap fold zones. Front and rear panel flaps (36, 38) extend from the front panel flap fold zone and the rear panel flap fold zone, respectively. A detachment line (40) extends from the left edge (19) to the right edge (20) of the panel in the central panel portion to delineate front and rear central panel portions (42, 44). A sheet (18) extends across the central panel portion and attaches to the panel at opposing regions of the panel outside of the central panel portion.
Apparatus for stacking taco shells
A taco stacking apparatus comprises a conveyor assembly for moving taco shells along a predefined pathway. A stacking receptacle defines a channel for receiving taco shells transferred from the conveyor assembly. A stacking receptacle actuator lowers the stacking receptacle as additional taco shells are added to a stack of taco shells. A plunger assembly transfers a taco shell from the conveyor assembly to the stacking receptacle. A dispensing assembly removes the stack of taco shells from the stacking receptacle.
