A distributor for distributing free-flowing media has a distributor shaft with a distributor head, which is rotatable relative to the distributor shaft with respect to a predetermined axis of rotation D. The distributor head has at least one inlet opening for delivering the free-flowing medium and a plurality of outlet openings for discharging the free-flowing medium. A flow connection exists between this inlet opening and the outlet openings. The distributor shaft has at least one first distributor shaft segment and a second distributor shaft segment. The second distributor shaft is releasably disposed on the first distributor shaft segment closer to the distributor head than the first distributor shaft segment, and has a surface facing the free-flowing medium. The first distributor shaft segment and the second distributor shaft segment differ with regard to their materials and/or their surface coating.

The device comprising a planar array of at least one ribbed tubular insert, integrated vertically onto a thin plate, and supported above a work surface. Each ribbed tubular insert having an exterior surface comprising a plurality of ridges and grooves circumscribing the perimeter of the insert about its elongated axis, and containing a smooth-wall hollow core, with a top opening for loading, and a bottom opening for discharging at a distal end. The tongue and groove of the bag strip fastener securely engages with the insert ridges and grooves, thereby allowing the bags and associated fill material to be vertically suspended above the work surface. The array of inserts and bags are labeled similarly to associate the selected sorting criteria with the applicable bag contents.

An apparatus for forming sealed pouches includes a rotatable base forming drum having a plurality of base tooling recesses in its outer surface, a base stock supply mechanism feeds a base stock web of material along a base stock path extending in part along the outer surface of the base forming drum, and a material feed mechanism feeds at least one material into the base tooling recesses. A lid stock supply mechanism feeds a lid stock web of material along a lid stock path that intersects with the base stock path downstream of the material feed mechanism, a hardenable material feed mechanism feeds a hardenable material along the base stock path or the lid stock path, and mechanism brings the base stock web and the lid stock web into contact under pressure. In one form a cooling system provides cooling to assist in cooling the hardenable material.

An apparatus for forming sealed pouches comprising: a rotatable base forming drum having an outer surface with a plurality of base tooling cavities in the outer surface; a base stock supply mechanism for feeding a base stock film of material along a base stock path, a portion of the base stock path extending along the outer surface of the base forming drum; a system for displacing the base stock film into the base tooling cavities to form a pocket of base stock film material within each base tooling cavity; a material feed mechanism for feeding at least one material into each pocket of the base stock film; a rotatable lid forming drum having an outer surface with a plurality of lid tooling cavities in the outer surface; a lid stock supply mechanism for feeding a lid stock film of material along a lid stock path, a portion of the lid stock path extending along the outer surface of the lid forming drum; a system for displacing the lid stock film into the lid tooling cavities to form a lid recess of lid stock film material within each lid tooling cavity; a material feed mechanism for feeding a material into each lid recess of the lid stock film; and mechanism bringing the base stock web and the lid stock web into contact under pressure. In one form, the material fed into the lid recesses is a hardenable material and cooling is used to cool the lid recesses.

The hoses are connected with the reels. A portion of the reels are connected with the first manifold and another portion of the reels are connected with the second manifold. Each of the valves is situated between one of the first or second manifolds and a respective different one of the hoses. Each of the fluid level sensors is associated with a respective different one of the hoses. The reels are arranged on first and second opposed sides in the mobile trailer, with an aisle walkway down the middle of the mobile trailer.
