PACKAGING APPARATUS FOR FILM INFLATION AND METHOD THEREOF
A packaging apparatus with an improved pinch roller apparatus, fluid supply apparatus, and/or a sealing apparatus. The pinch roller apparatus (e.g., comprising one or more guide and/or pinch rollers) is used to deliver film material to the fluid supply apparatus (e.g., nozzle and blower apparatus, or the like) that fills one or more chambers of the film material with fluid (e.g., air, gas, or other like fluid), and the film material is then sealed by a sealing apparatus (e.g., using one or more heating elements with an improved temperature sensor configuration) that seals the fluid within the one or more chambers in order to form the inflated article (e.g., inflated packaging material). In particular, the sealing apparatus provides improved sealing through the improved accuracy of the temperature reading in the heating zone, in part, by locating a sensor between a heating element and a protective member that covers the sensor.
Loading devices and methods for percutaneous perforation closure systems
A device for folding an implant having a wing into a an overlapped configuration includes a funnel body comprising: a first portion configured to receive and protect the implant when the wing of the implant is in a flat or relaxed state, a second portion proximal to the first portion and configured to engage and fold opposite first and second side portions of the wing of the implant in a predetermined direction when the implant is retracted proximally from the first portion of the funnel body and into the second portion of the funnel body, and an overlap guide configured to direct the path of a first one of the side portions of the wing such that the first and second side portions of the wing are overlapped in a predetermined manner and to prevent respective edges of the first and second side portions of the wing from butting into each other as the first and second side portions of the wing are guided into the overlapping configuration during proximal retraction of the implant relative to the funnel body.
Method And Device For Producing Packaging Units
The invention relates to a method and to a device for producing packaging units in a bag forming, filling and sealing machine, products (18) combined into an amount of products being transferred from a portion container (17) into a product transfer device (10) for transferring the amount of products to a product filling device (19), the product transfer device having a product carrier (21), which is guided on a movement path, and a product guiding device (22), the product carrier, once the amount of products has been transferred from the portion container into the product guiding device, performing an accelerated movement out of a product pick-up position P1 of the product carrier so as to compress the amount of products between the product pick-up position P1 and a product transfer position P2 for transferring the amount of products into the product filling device.
VIAL FILLING SYSTEM WITH LOCALIZED CLEAN ZONE
Among other things, there is shown a system for filling vials with fluid that maintains a localized sterile zone around the filling location. In particular embodiments, the sterile zone is provided by a manifold having an internal space to which clean air is supplied. One or more filling assemblies are attached to the manifold. Vials enter the sterile zone and are filled within it. Additional structure, such as coverings for vials, are disclosed to assist in maintaining sterility.
Direct to container system with on-line weight control and associated method
An apparatus for tamping the contents of a container having a bottom surface prone to bending and/or cracking during tamping. The apparatus includes a tamp head for tamping the contents of the container; and a container support assembly structured and arranged to temporarily support the bottom surface of the container during tamping, the container support assembly comprising a support element having a protrusion extending upward from a substantially flat and horizontal upper surface, wherein the protrusion is sized and shaped to correspond to the size and shape of the bottom surface of the container.
Rotary Filling Machine
A rotary filling machine for filling containers with bridgeable dry materials includes a turret supporting a plurality of circumferentially spaced drop buckets and a plurality of funnel assemblies located under the drop buckets. A stationary slide plate is located vertically between the funnel assemblies and the drop buckets. The slide plate is configured such that flow paths from the bottoms of the drop buckets to the inlet openings of the funnel assemblies increase progressively in at least a portion of a circumferential extent of the slide plate. Drop buckets are located above the slide plate and rotate with the turret. Each drop bucket is provided with one or more partitions that hinder the “snow-plowing of particles” along the edge of the associated fill opening in the machine’s fill plate rather than the sweeping of those particles into the fill opening.
Adaptive universal funnel pourer
The present disclosure is directed to funnels, specifically, funnels made to supportably adapt to containers with varying neck opening dimensions and configurations. Disclosed herein is a funnel that can be used to both funnel substances into varying sized containers as well as used to neatly pour the substances within the container back out, wherein the particular dimensions and configurations of the neck opening of that container is unimportant.
FUNNEL STORAGE SYSTEMS
Funnel storage systems are presented including: a cabinet enclosure having an upper opening; a lid removably coupled with the cabinet enclosure, the lid forming a dust seal with the cabinet enclosure; a top screened support coupled with the cabinet enclosure for receiving a number of funnels; and a bottom screened support coupled with the cabinet enclosure for storing and organizing the number of funnels along a number of upright storage posts. In some embodiments, the cabinet enclosure further includes angled side walls such that a second cabinet enclosure having angled side walls may be nested within the cabinet enclosure.
Makeup foundation filling machine
A makeup foundation filling machine includes: container supplying means for supplying at least one container in which a puff is contained to a fixed position on a stage; elevating means having a flow pipe which is elevated above the container arranged at the fixed position by the container supplying means and pressing and transforming the puff in a state where the flow pipe gets in contact with the puff during a lowering action of the flow pipe; and foundation supplying means for supplying foundation of a fixed volume to the puff through the inside of the flow pipe in the state where the flow pipe directly gets in contact with the puff pressed and transformed while the flow pipe lowers by the elevating means.
CARTRIDGE FILLER AND CAPPING MACHINE FOR FILLING AND CAPPING CARTRIDGES WITH CONSUMABLE FLUIDS
A cartridge handling machine for vape type cartridges is provided, which may comprise a filling module for filling of cartridge bodies with viscous consumable fluids, particularly oils extracted from hemp and cannabis and compositions thereof. The cartridge handling machine may also comprise a capping module to provide for synchronized filling of the filled cartridges and capping the cartridges with a cap, such as a mouthpiece or other cap device developed for such cartridges. The individual filling and capping modules can be operated independent of each other such that the cartridge handling machine preferably comprises both a filling module and capping module that preferably are integrated together for synchronized operation, although these modules may also be constructed and operated as separate machines for the respective filling and capping of these types of vape cartridges.
