A farm vehicle includes a seat that converts between sitting and kneeling positions. The seat has three cushions: a first one to support a user's chest and head, a second to supports his knees, and a central cushion that pivots transversely between a lowered position and a raised position. In the lower position, the third cushion supports the user's pelvis in the kneeling position. In the raised position, the third cushion forms a sitting part in a sitting position. The slide-way comprises a supporting slide-way that allows translation of the seat in a direction of travel. The seat is mounted on a base that pivots on the slide-way to allow the first, second, and third cushions to pivot about a vertical pivot axis of the farm vehicle.

A tractor includes a frame defines longitudinal (nominally forward and backward), lateral (nominally left and right), and transverse (nominally up and down) directions (mutually orthogonal). First and second side structures connect by a width adjustment structure comprising beams of bearing length and bearing width capable of supporting loads (torque, bending, etc.) at any of a plurality of widths therebetween. Individual drive systems in the first and second sides each include a track, motor, sprocket, main idler, and bogey idlers. A carrier system secures, lifts, and descends an implement. Implements may be of any type, such as tillage, harrowing, furrowing, seeding, cultivation, personnel carrier, or the like. A controller is capable of directing the tractor based on a pre-determined course of travel, or a guided course in response to physical features in a farming field.

The invention comprises a cart for reducing and alleviating ergonomic stresses on the musculoskeletal system of workers in a variety of building trades, including tile setting and grouting, concrete staining, wood floor refinishing, finish carpentry, electrical finishing, plumbing, and others, that require workers to spend extended periods of the working day in compromising and unsupported kneeling positions. The cart is designed to distribute forces along the shinbone of the worker and redirect them from the back, pelvis, keens, ankles and other joints. A further advantage of the cart is the ability to maneuver around the work surface using pivoting shin supports and without the need for repeated standing and kneeling.
