An apparatus comprising a packaging machine, which comprises a control unit having a process parameter generator designed to determine specific process parameters for a production process of the packaging machine. The control unit of the packaging machine also comprises a recipe generator for an adjustment process of the packaging machine preceding the production process or can be connected to a recipe generator of the apparatus, which generator is designed as a separate unit. The respective recipe generator comprises a set of rules for determining recipe variables for the adjustment process of the packaging machine and is designed to generate the recipe variables with reference to a plurality of data and to form therefrom a recipe data set for the adjustment process of the packaging machine. A method for using the apparatus is also included.

An inspection assistance system includes an inspection display processing part which is configured to display, per unit of packing, a capture image of a tablet which is captured before the tablet dispensed from one or both of a tablet cassette and a manual distribution unit based on prescription data is packed into a packing material in a tablet packing device, and is configured to display a result of an inspection process which is executed based on the prescription data and identification information of the tablet included in the capture image of the tablet. Thus, it is possible to assist a pharmacist's inspection task carried out with respect to the tablets packed by the tablet packing device.

An inspection assistance system includes an inspection display processing part which is configured to display, per unit of packing, a capture image of a tablet which is captured before the tablet dispensed from one or both of a tablet cassette and a manual distribution unit based on prescription data is packed into a packing material in a tablet packing device, and is configured to display a result of an inspection process which is executed based on the prescription data and identification information of the tablet included in the capture image of the tablet. A method for filling and closing pharmaceutical objects disposed in parallel rows in nests includes removing the objects from the nests at an inlet of a conveying device in a removal station and placing the objects into the conveying device. In the conveying device, the objects are fed in succession to a first weighing station and weighed, to filling station and filled and to a second weighing station and again weighed and to a closing station and/or crimping station and closed. After closing, the objects are removed from the conveying section. In every case, pre-sterilized objects are processed in an aseptic manner.

A packaging assembly and a method of operating such a packaging assembly, the packaging assembly comprises at least one of a thermoform packaging machine, a separation robot, a conveyor and a checkweigher. The separation robot is operable to adjust a distance between packages of a group of packages formed by the packaging machine. The conveyor and the separation robot may be operated together to provide a flow of packages that is supplied to the checkweigher, wherein the flow of packages may include substantially constant distances between the individual packages.

A packaging assembly and a method of operating such a packaging assembly, the packaging assembly comprises at least one of a thermoform packaging machine, a separation robot, a conveyor and a checkweigher. The separation robot is operable to adjust a distance between packages of a group of packages formed by the packaging machine. The present invention relates to an automatic oral sensor sterilizing and packaging system and, particularly, to an automatic oral sensor sterilizing and packaging system capable of automatically sterilizing an oral sensor and further packaging the oral sensor with disposable wrapping paper, comprising: a housing including a sterilization unit providing a sterilization region for sterilization of the oral sensor and/or a packaging unit providing a packaging region for packaging the oral sensor; and a transfer unit for making the oral sensor pass through at least one of the sterilization region and the packaging region.
