INTEGRATED CORNER LOCK ASSEMBLY AND METHODS
Disclosed is a packaging assembly that may include a blank for forming a corner lock. The blank for forming the corner lock may include a first body panel foldably connected to a side panel, a second body panel foldably connected to the side panel, where the first and second body panels may be foldable about the side panel to form a slot within the corner lock in an assembled position. The blank may further include a first and second locking panel foldably connected to the first body panel, and a third and fourth locking panel which may be foldably connected to the second body panel.
CRUSH-TOLERANT CONTAINER AND BLANK AND METHOD FOR FORMING THE SAME
A blank for constructing a crush-tolerant container includes a first side panel, a bottom panel, a second side panel, and a top panel coupled together in series. At least one cutout and at least one bridge portion are defined along a first fold line between the top panel and the first side panel. The at least one bridge portion and the at least one cutout are configured to maintain the top panel in a plane spaced above a top edge of the first side panel when the container is formed and the top panel is not under a stacking load, and to allow the top panel to move downwardly such that at least a portion of the top panel is substantially co-planar with the top edge of the first side panel when the container is formed and the top panel is under the stacking load.
Container with liner
A container for holding a food product. The container can comprise a flange comprising a central panel. An opening can extend in the central panel. The container further can comprise a sidewall comprising at least a panel foldably connected to the central panel and a denesting feature extending outwardly from the sidewall. The denesting feature can be for engaging a nested container positioned below the container in a stacked arrangement and for forming a denesting gap between the flange and the nested container.
Scored corrugated corner elements
A corrugated corner element including at least some of a portion of material extending from a first terminal end to a second terminal end; a first corner element leg having one or more alternating ridges and grooves; a second corner element leg, extending from the first corner element leg, the second corner element leg having one or more alternating ridges and grooves; and a score mark formed in the portion of material, extending from an area proximate the first terminal end to an area proximate the second terminal end, wherein the score mark provides a line or portion along which the corrugated corner element may be bent or folded.
Apparatus to house botanicals during transport
An apparatus for housing botanicals during transport is disclosed. The apparatus may be configured to convert to a display assembly for the botanicals. The apparatus may include: a covering component having a primary opening on one end and a permeable structure on a second end; a sleeve component having a support structure on one end and a receiving opening on a second end, the sleeve component being configured to be partially inserted into the covering component; a holding component having a secondary opening at one end and a water-tight chamber wall at the other end, the holding component being configured to be partially inserted into the sleeve component, such that the secondary opening is positioned within the sleeve component; in order facilitate converting the apparatus into a display assembly, the covering component is removed from the sleeve component and the holding component is inserted into the covering component.
Packaging
A method of forming packaging accommodates one or more products and packaging produced by the method. The method includes providing a planar packaging blank of foldable material and assembling it into packaging capable of accommodating at least one product. A flexible electronics module on the packaging blank has at least one temperature measurement device and a temperature display to measure and display the temperature of at least one of the products. The positioning of the flexible electronics module with respect to the packaging permits both to be folded together to form the assembled packaging. The packaging is foldable from a first unassembled state to a second assembled state to accommodate at least one product, and the electronics module is at least partly flexible to enable it to be folded with the packaging. The packaging may hold six beverage containers and might be considered to be a “six pack.”

Self-contained continuous carton system with self erecting stacking shoulders
A self-contained continuous PDQ package system is provided for shipment and display of products. The PDQ package includes four adjacent sections of preferably corrugated material each with an inner facing and an outer facing surface, with a cut out within the bottom flap panel. Within the cut out, there is a section where an adhesive is placed adhering the inner facing portion of body panel and the inner facing of a section of bottom of the outer panel flap and adjacent mid-section panel. The self-contained continuous PDQ package system also provides an erectable reinforced shoulder to facilitate display of products in a stack of cartons.
PRODUCT CONTAINERS, PACKAGING METHODS, AND BLANKS AND METHODS FOR MAKING PRODUCT CONTAINERS
A product container includes a first compartment, including a first-compartment first edge, a second compartment, including a second-compartment first edge, and a hinged connection extending between the first-compartment first edge and the second-compartment first edge. The second compartment is pivotable about the hinged connection relative to the first compartment to convert the product container between a closed state and an open state. In the closed state, the first compartment and the second compartment are in a stacked configuration. In the open state, the first compartment and the second compartment are in a side-by-side configuration.
Separable multi-compartment container
A container can comprise a first compartment, a second compartment, and a lid flap. The container can be moved between a closed configuration and an open configuration. In the closed configuration, the first compartment and the second compartment are closed and the lid flap extends from the first compartment to the second compartment and restricts relative movement between the first compartment and the second compartment. In the open configuration, the first compartment can be separated from the second compartment and resealed with the lid flap.
