COLUMN AND CROSS STACKING CONTAINERS AND RELATED METHODS
Containers for column or cross stacking and related methods. In some embodiments, the top wall of the container may comprise a first plurality of vent openings and the bottom wall may comprise a second plurality of vent openings. One or more of the first plurality of vent openings is configured to be aligned with one or more of a plurality of vent openings formed in a bottom wall of an adjacent container positioned above the container in a column-stacked configuration, and one or more of the first plurality of vent openings is configured to be aligned with one or more of the plurality of vent openings of the adjacent container in a cross-stacked configuration. Various stacking tabs/openings may also be provided, which may be configured to facilitate either cross or column stacking, as desired.
STORAGE BOX
A storage box includes a single sheet of material that, when folded to define the storage box comprises a bottom, side walls, and a flap hinged to one of the side walls. The flap includes a stacking tab that is movable between a use position in which the stacking tab protrudes through a mounting slot and a hidden position in which the stacking tab does not protrude from the storage box. The storage box allows the stacking tabs to be used only when necessary and not protruding from the storage box when not in use.
Stackable shelf tray for a retail display
A tray and corner post type packaging system for shipping and displaying palletized products is provided. The packaging system is made from three folded and glued blanks and includes four corner posts and a central support.
METHOD OF FORMING CONTAINERS HAVING A BOTTOM WALL WITH AN OPENING, SAME CONTAINERS, AND BLANKS FOR FORMING SAME
A container includes a first end structure defining a first opening therein, the first end structure being configured to receive a first cover positioned on the first end structure and extending across the first opening. A second end structure is positioned opposite the first end structure and defines a second opening extending through the second end structure. The container further includes two opposing side walls coupled to the second end structure along a respective first set of fold lines and two opposing end walls coupled to the second end structure along a respective second set of fold lines. At least one of the two opposing end walls extends obliquely relative to the second end structure and taper outwards from the second end structure. The container further includes a second cover positioned on the second end structure and extending across the second opening.
Stackable receptacle for the shipment of goods
Embodiments of a reusable stackable shipping box are provided herein. The reusable stackable shipping box may be reused and cleaned without causing harm to the integrity of the box. In addition, the box is slightly tapered in shape such that the box may be stacked upon and within other boxes for ease in shipping and organization.
Insulated box
A box blank assembly includes a box blank, the box blank includes a bottom panel; a first side panel attached to the bottom panel by a first length fold line; a second side panel attached to the bottom panel by a second length fold line; and a third side panel attached to the bottom panel by a first width fold line; and an insulation batt attached to at least one of the first side panel, the second side panel, and the third side panel.
Container With Liner
A container for holding a food product. The container can comprise a base layer and a liner at least partially attached to an inner surface of the base layer, a flange comprising a central panel of the base layer, an opening extending in the central panel, and a sidewall comprising at least a panel foldably connected to the central panel along the opening.
PRODUCT PACKAGE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME AS WELL AS PACKAGE BLANK
A product package includes a receiving space (1a), a covering film (7), an inner lining (6) and a body part (2) created out of a single blank. The body part (2) includes walls (2a, 2b, 2c, 8), a bottom (3) and a rim portion (4) as well as a plurality of slots (5) for shaping the receiving space (1a). The rim portion (4) of the body part (2) is a continuous, seamless and planar portion formed out of the same said blank and interconnecting the walls (2a, 2b, 2c, 8) of the body part (2).
STACKABLE PACKAGING CONTAINER
The invention relates to a packaging container (1) having a top side (2), a bottom side (5) extending parallel to the top side, and at least one side wall (6) extending between the top side and the bottom side. The top side has at least one protrusion, and the opposite side extending parallel has at least one recess (4), into which a protrusion of an identically shaped packaging container can be inserted. The problem addressed by the invention is that of producing such a packaging container in an economical and environmentally friendly manner. This problem is solved in that holes (24) are punched in the top side (2) and in the bottom side (5) and in that the protrusions (3) and the recesses (4) are attached in inserts (22, 23), which are inserted into the packaging container (1).
Polygonal container having reinforced corner structures and blank for forming same
A blank for forming a reinforced container is provided. The blank includes a bottom panel comprising opposing end edges, opposing side edges, and at least one miter edge connecting one of the end edges to an adjacent side edge of the opposing side edges. The blank further includes a pair of opposing end panels coupled to the bottom panel, a pair of opposing side panels coupled to the bottom panel, and a reinforcing panel assembly coupled to at least one of one of the end panels and one of the side panels for reinforcing a corner of the container.
