Provided is a storage container for storing a coating material including a container body having first and second ends, a receptacle disposed within the container body, an end cap attached to the container body at the first end and including a base and a collar projecting upward from the base in a first direction that defines a through passage in communication with the receptacle, and a lid removably coupled to the collar of the end cap, the lid including a carrying handle extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and a pour spout adjacent an edge of the lid that defines a through passage in communication with the through passage of collar and the receptacle.

CRUSH-TOLERANT CONTAINER AND BLANK AND METHOD FOR FORMING THE SAME
20170233130 · 2017-08-17 ·

A blank for constructing a crush-tolerant container includes a first side panel, a bottom panel, a second side panel, and a top panel coupled together in series. At least one cutout and at least one bridge portion are defined along a first fold line between the top panel and the first side panel. The at least one bridge portion and the at least one cutout are configured to maintain the top panel in a plane spaced above a top edge of the first side panel when the container is formed and the top panel is not under a stacking load, and to allow the top panel to move downwardly such that at least a portion of the top panel is substantially co-planar with the top edge of the first side panel when the container is formed and the top panel is under the stacking load.

Tearable leak-resistant container

A tearable leak-resistant container is provided with creases, partial perforation along selected creases, adhesion of flaps, and a collapsed position to permit rapid reconfiguration to an expanded position. The expanded position of the container enables enhanced filling with food ingredients and transportation without spillage. The adhered flaps provide enhanced leak resistance, and the perforated creases permit disassembly of the container to improve access to the food contained within.

A method of forming packaging accommodates one or more products and packaging produced by the method. The method includes providing a planar packaging blank of foldable material and assembling it into packaging capable of accommodating at least one product. A flexible electronics module on the packaging blank has at least one temperature measurement device and a temperature display to measure and display the temperature of at least one of the products. The positioning of the flexible electronics module with respect to the packaging permits both to be folded together to form the assembled packaging. The packaging is foldable from a first unassembled state to a second assembled state to accommodate at least one product, and the electronics module is at least partly flexible to enable it to be folded with the packaging. The packaging may hold 6 beverage containers and might be considered to be a “six pack.”

Stackable receptacle for the shipment of goods

Embodiments of a reusable stackable shipping box are provided herein. The reusable stackable shipping box may be reused and cleaned without causing harm to the integrity of the box. In addition, the box is slightly tapered in shape such that the box may be stacked upon and within other boxes for ease in shipping and organization.

A container formed from a blank and a method for constructing the container are described. The container includes a bottom wall, two end walls, each end wall including at least an end panel extending from an end edge of the bottom wall, and two side walls. The container further includes an upper reinforcing assembly at least partially extending from each end panel, and a side reinforcing assembly extending from opposing side edges of each end panel.

Tray having raised edges and rounded centering devices, and blank for producing such a tray

The present invention relates to a tray made of corrugated cardboard sheet material, and to blanks for preparing such a tray having a polygonal cross-section. Said blank comprises sidewalls, raised edges or portions of raised edges on two opposite sides of an upper portion, and a lower wall forming the bottom (36) of the case. Each raised edge or portion of raised edge includes at least one rounded portion (34), and the bottom includes perforated surface portions (35) which have a shape complementary to that of the rounded portions, which are arranged opposite the latter, and are arranged so as to fit into the rounded portions of the tray from below.
