PACKAGING
Packaging made of a sealable packaging material has a front wall and a rear wall which are directly or indirectly joined to one another; a removal opening extends from and/or is located at an edge of the packaging. An additional material may be disposed between the layers of packaging material, wherein this additional material can be configured as strips and/or can take up the entire width of the removal opening
BEVERAGE CAN ENDS HAVING A GAS CHARGING PORT
A beverage can end includes a filling port in the end itself. An activating gas that interacts with the beverage may be charged through the filling port. If the end has a vent opening, such as sometimes used in a recloseable end, the vent opening may be used for charging the activating gas.
Hygienic Device for a Can
The invention relates to a hygienic protective membrane (2) for a drink can (12) provided with a lid (14) with a circular edge (16) and a ring suitable to form an orifice in a detachable zone of said lid, the membrane (2) comprising a first and a second film (6) superimposed and adhered to each other, said membrane (2) being configured to be disposed with the first film adhered to the lid (14), the second film (6) being separable from the first in order to give access to the orifice of the lid. The membrane has a central portion (8) generally circular suitable to cover the lid (14) and a lateral portion (10) forming a strip from the circular portion and adapted to cover the edge of said lid.
PRIMARY BEVERAGE CONTAINER WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL
A primary beverage container includes a container body (102) and a container end (230). The container body includes an outer wall (104) and an inner wall (106). The outer wall defines an outer cavity (116), and the inner wall defines an inner cavity (122) with an opening (124) at a top end (108) of the container body. The inner wall is positioned within the outer cavity such that between the top end and a bottom end of the container body, the inner wall is spaced apart from the outer wall within the outer cavity. The container end is joined to the top end of the container body and covers the opening of the inner cavity.
CONTAINER WITH EXPANSION PANEL
A container for a retorting process includes a body. The body is configured to be coupled to a lid such that the lid and the body define an internal volume of the container. The body includes a lip, a wall, a support, a hinge, and an expansion panel. The lip is configured to be coupled to the lid. The wall is contiguous with the lip. The support is contiguous with the wall. The support is configured to interface with a surface to support the container on the surface. The hinge is contiguous with the support opposite the wall. The expansion panel is contiguous with the hinge. The hinge is configured to facilitate displacement of the expansion panel relative to the support to selectively increase the internal volume of the container.
PRINTING APPARATUS, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BEVERAGE USE CAN, BEVERAGE USE CAN, AND BEVERAGE CAN
A joining part (connection line) (1E) between an image (1A) (image positioned on the left side of the figure relative to a wave-shaped broken line (1C) and positioned on the right side of the figure relative to the joining part (1E)) formed at the start of printing of a printed image, and an image (1B) (image positioned on the right side of the figure relative to a wave-shaped broken line (1D) and positioned on the left side of the figure relative to the joining part (1E)) formed at the end of printing of the printed image is not a straight line along an axial direction of a beverage use can (100), and a position of a part of the joining part (1E) is shifted in the circumferential direction of the beverage use can (100).
DISPOSABLE SHOT GLASS WITH PEEL-OFF LID
System and process for creation of a single-serve shot-glass peel-off lid.
TABS AND RELATED METHODS
Tabs having cleats and related methods are disclosed. An example tab includes a lift end and a nose opposite the lift end, where the nose is to at least partially extend over a pour panel of the can end. A central webbing is interposed between the lift end and the nose. The central webbing defines a hinge line about which the tab is to pivot away from a center panel of the can end when the tab is coupled to the can end. A first cleat is formed on the nose. The first cleat is offset relative to a first side of the center axis of the tab such that a longitudinal axis of the first cleat intersects the center axis at a first angle.
Can shell and double-seamed can end
A drawn aluminum can shell has a peripheral crown which is double-seamed with an end portion of an aluminum can body to provide a can end having a generally flat center panel connected by an inclined curved or straight panel wall to an inclined inner wall of an annular U-shaped countersink. The countersink has an outer wall which connects with an inclined lower wall portion of a chuck wall at a junction below the center panel, and the chuck wall has a curved or inclined upper wall portion which connects with an inner wall of the crown. The chuck wall also has an intermediate wall portion forming a break, and the inner bottom width of the countersink is less than the radial width of the panel wall. The inclined upper wall portion of the chuck wall extends at an angle greater than the angle of the inclined lower wall portion of the chuck wall.
Extendable handle assembly
A handle assembly for grippably engaging a container, and methods for making and using such a handle assembly, whereby the handle assembly is adjustable between a collapsed condition and an extended condition in which the handle assembly provides a grippable element for grippably engaging the container.
