TUBE ASSEMBLY
A tube assembly is disclosed. The tube assembly may include a tube with an outer diameter and an inner diameter. The tube may have a cylindrical shape. The tube assembly may also include a top integrally formed with the tube such that the tube and the top are a monolithic structure. The top may include an outer lid, a cap with a cap pull tab protruding outwards from the tube assembly, and a breakable portion disposed between the cap and the outer lid. The breakable portion may be configured to be relatively structurally weaker than surrounding areas to allow for breaking off and separating completely the cap at the breakable portion.
CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO A SEAL IN A BEVERAGE PACKAGE
The invention provides a beverage package, having a seal on a container for beverages or any other liquid products, the seal having a variety of geometric shapes, such as triangular, elliptical or semicircular, and is generally attached to the lid of the container by a central articulation pin. A sealing tab is generally provided on the lower face of the seal and attached to the seal through the central core, and teeth are provided in the peripheral region close to the base of the seal, serving to penetrate into the edge between the sealing tab and the opening provided in the lid of the container.
Container With Closure
A container is provided with a container body having an interior space and including an annular neck on a top, and a groove on an outer surface of the neck; and a base including a plurality of projections on a bottom edge, an internal space, an annular edge between a bottom of the internal space and an inner surface of the internal space, a seal on the bottom of the base and including a pull ring and a first release liner, and an aligning member on the bottom of the base. The pull ring includes a connection member attached to the first release liner. The connection member is protruded on both a top of a central portion of the pull ring and a bottom thereof. A substantial portion of the seal is surrounded by the pull ring, the first release liner and a second release liner.
Multi-Chambered Drink Container
A drink container includes an outer body with an inner separation membrane separating two chambers, the separation membrane having a through-passage connecting the two chambers, straw holes through the top of outer body into each of the two chambers, enabling a user to introduce a straw into one or both of the chambers to consume liquid content of the chambers, a flexible closure membrane sealed to the separation membrane by a separable adhesive, over the through-passage, and a pull strip overlying the closure membrane, attached to a lowermost end of the closure membrane, and passing through a slit on top of the outer body, ending in a pull tab outside the top of the outer body. Grasping the pull tab and pulling the pull strip upward through the slit peels the closure membrane away from the separation membrane, opening the through passage, enabling contents in the two chambers to mix.
RE-CLOSABLE CONTAINER LID
A container top for a container includes a stay-on tab mechanism pivotally and rotatably attached by a rivet. The stay-on tab mechanism includes a tab section integrally connected with and folded over a cover section, wherein the rivet acts as a fulcrum for the tab section such that when a first end of the tab section is lifted by a user, an opposite second end engages and at least partially severs a displaceable portion of the container top. The cover section and the tab section can be rotated around the rivet between a position where the cover section covers the displaceable portion and another position where the cover section does not cover the displaceable portion such that the user can selectably close and reopen the container after the displaceable portion has been severed.
LABEL CONTAINER AND DISPENSER
An apparatus and method for holding and dispensing labels. A container provides for both packaging and dispensing continuous feed labels. A bottom portion of the container includes a detachable portion for improved label feed. At least one of the bottom portion or a lid includes cutout to support a roll for a label roll. The detachable portion improves label feeding from the container, particularly near the end of the label supply. The bottom portion of the container can also be stacked on the lid to raise the labels to a better feed geometry.
Metal end closure with an extended score which is opened with a secondary tool
A metallic container end closure is provided that generally comprises a primary pour opening and an extended or secondary score which is opened with a secondary tool to form a secondary pour opening. The fact that a secondary tool is required allows the secondary score to be shallower, and thus more secure than deeper scores that are openable by finger pressure alone. Once the secondary tool is used to fracture the secondary score, a secondary pour opening is produced adjacent to the primary pour opening to form a larger opening. A user may insert materials such as ice or oranges through the enlarged pour opening.
CAN SHELL AND DOUBLE-SEAMED CAN END
A drawn aluminum can shell has a peripheral crown which is double-seamed with an end portion of an aluminum can body to provide a can end having a generally flat center panel connected by an inclined curved or straight panel wall to an inclined inner wall of an annular U-shaped countersink. The countersink has an outer wall which connects with an inclined lower wall portion of a chuck wall at a junction below the center panel, and the chuck wall has a curved or inclined upper wall portion which connects with an inner wall of the crown. The chuck wall also has an intermediate wall portion forming a break, and the inner bottom width of the countersink is less than the radial width of the panel wall. The inclined upper wall portion of the chuck wall extends at an angle greater than the angle of the inclined lower wall portion of the chuck wall.
Multi-portion removable cover apparatus and related methods
Apparatus and methods are disclosed for sealing openings on containers and other structures, permitting selective removal of portions of the seal structure, and for similar selective removal of portions of adhesive elements such as bandages. A seal layer is sized and configured to cover an opening. The seal layer has at least one tear line, where the tear line is positioned and formed for tearing the seal layer for selective removal of a portion of the seal layer from the opening. A tab is connected to the seal layer providing a gripping portion for the user.
