The pallet assembly comprises a top plate, a load-force plate, a runner, and a plurality of load blocks disposed between the load force plate and the runner. The load-force plate is disposed between the top plate and the runner and increases the load bearing capacity of the top plate while adding strength to the pallet assembly. The pallet assembly includes a biocidal coating material that protects shipment of foodstuffs and other products requiring sanitary conditions, preventing the growth of mold, fungi, bacteria, and viruses. The pallet assembly includes a pallet integrated module positioned between the top plate and the runner, that collects journey data on location, temperature, humidity and shock along with store forward capability during not connected times of each journey of the pallet assembly. The load-force plate has either an X-form configuration or a cross-form configuration. In one preferred embodiment, an antenna is embedded in the cross-form configuration.

Intermodal Warehousing System

The intermodal warehousing system includes a platform, a plurality of legs, four corner castings, and additional castings located on the long sides of the platform. Each of the legs may be extendable with an anchor located at one end and a casting located at the other, the leg and the casting being comprised of aluminum. The anchor is carried by a steel plate that is bolted to the leg. To avoid a galvanic reaction, aluminum bushings with steel inserts are welded to the interior of the leg and steel bolts secure the steel plate to the steel inserts. An external handle includes a bolt extending into said leg and cooperating with a wedge located therein that moves the anchor up or down. The handle bolt, wedge and anchor are so constructed and arranged so that rotation of the handle moves the anchor up or down to lock the leg to a casting.

Improved equipment bases and methods for making and using same are disclosed herein. The equipment base can include a first coated substrate including a first part having a first thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, a first elastomer coating the first part, a second coated substrate positioned adjacent to the first coated substrate, the second coated substrate including a second part having a second thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, and a second elastomer coating the second part. A first seam can be formed between the first and second coated substrates to allow for moisture to pass between the first and second coated substrates so that moisture is allowed to seep away from the bottom of the equipment.

More particularly, the present disclosure relates to an anti-vibration pallet that is capable of realizing an effect of an air spring by using only a combination of an auxiliary mount and a main mount that are formed of elastic bodies provided between an upper plate and a lower plate, and is also capable of maximizing an anti-vibration performance by controlling an optimal anti-vibration load according to a cargo load. In order to achieve the objectives described above, the present disclosure includes: an upper plate on which cargo is loaded on a top portion thereof; a lower plate positioned below the upper plate; a main mount installed between the lower plate and the upper plate; and an auxiliary mount installed outside the main mount.
