Container consisting of plastic material, and method for producing a container of this type

A container of plastic material is produced using the blow, fill and seal method, with the filler material, enclosed by a container wall (15, 20) that can be autoclaved. At least one shape (19, 21, 23, 25, 29, 33) is provided in the container wall (15, 20) that ensures, despite a low relative air volume in the container, that when administering the filler material by infusion, the container wall (15, 20) collapses at least partially reducing the volume, without aeration of the container.

Plastic bottle

The invention relates to the storage and transportation of liquid products, and specifically to a plastic bottle. The challenge which this invention is designed to address is to increase the performance characteristics of a bottle, i.e. to create a lightweight design of bottle which is easy to manufacture and enables said bottle to be securely attached to items of clothing etc. The challenge in question is addressed by the fact that the plastic bottle, comprising a hollow thin-walled body ending with a neck, and a holder which is designed in the form of an open groove, molded in the body, parallel to the central axis of the bottle and extending for more than half the height of the bottle, is characterized by the fact that the projections of the walls of the groove on the plane, which is perpendicular to the transverse axis of the groove, are in the form of zigzag-shaped lines. Furthermore, each zigzag-shaped line may consist of sections of straight lines and/or sections of curved lines.

A manufacturing method comprises: a printing step printing on an outer peripheral surface of a cylinder part of a cylinder body; a necking step deforming the cylinder body after the printing step to form a tapered part in which a diameter is reduced upward from the cylinder part and a small-diameter part extending to an upper side of the tapered part; and a mouth part forming step deforming the small-diameter part to form the mouth part including a swelled part and a male thread part. In the printing step, ink is coated on a third coating region to be the cylinder part, a fourth coating region to be the tapered part, and a first coating region to be the swelled part. An apply amount of the ink per unit area on the first coating region is less than that of the ink per unit on the third coating region.

The Go Bottle is a wearable device allowing users to easily access and store hand sanitizer or lotion on the go. The Go Bottle contains a small bottle attached to a wearable device that is worn on the wrist. The Go Bottle will have a new type of attachment that connects the bottle to the wrist strap. The Go Bottle will have a temperature regulation cloth to help the hand sanitizer stay cool under hot conditions. The Go Bottle will allow users to insert hand sanitizer or lotion from larger bottles to the wearable bottle on the wrist through the use of a syringe.

CONTAINERS, PACKAGES, PRODUCTION SYSTEMS, AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS

The present invention relates to a container, a package, a production system, and a distribution system. The container comprises a first identification and a second identification. The first identification is unique for identifying the container and is not exposed. The second identification is unique for identifying the container and is accessible. The second identification is different from the first identification. The second identification is associated with the first identification. The distribution system comprises a processor and a memory. The memory includes instructions causing the processor to perform operations. The operations include: inputting a first identification and a second identification of a first container, wherein the first identification and the second identification are different from each other and are unique for identifying the first container, the first identification is not exposed, and the second identification is accessible; and associating the second identification and the first identification.

PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH VARYING DEPTH RIBS

A bottle may have varying depth ribs to achieve a balance of strength and rigidity while maintaining hoop strength. The varying depth ribs may smoothly transition around the circumference of the bottle from a flattened and/or shallow depth rib portion to a deep rib portion. A collection of flattened and/or shallow depth ribs act as recessed columns in the body of the bottle to resist bending, leaning, crumbling, and/or stretching. The deep rib portions provide hoop strength and make the bottle body more rigid and/or stiffer when gripped by a user. A balance may be achieved between of flattened and/or shallow depth ribs and deep ribs to attain a desired resistance to bending, leaning, and/or stretching while maintaining stiffness in a lightweight bottle.
