CONVEYABLE SORTATION BAG
A method of sorting a first subset of items in an order handling center, wherein at least a majority of the items of the first subset are sized below a predetermined size limit. The method includes directing the first subset of the items through an opening into a bag having a plurality of panels of flexible material coupled together at a plurality of seams. The method includes causing the bag to assume a substantially cuboid shape as the bag is filled to capacity with the first subset of items and stacking the bag on a pallet at a staging destination within the order handling center. The staging destination is associated with a delivery route from the order handling center.
Food Storage Bags
The current invention is a storage bag with an interlocking groove and ridge that form a tight seal when pressed together that is made with non-Woven fabric. This will allow the bag to extend the freshness of the items longer without the plastic taste transfer to the food. Allowing for safer food that can be prepared before the week starts to be portioned to save time through the work week. The bag will have an interlocking groove and ridge that form an air-tight seal when pressed together at the opening of a storage area of the bag forming a storage bag.
VERTICAL BAG-MAKING/FILLING/PACKAGING MACHINE, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FILM PACKAGING BAG WITH CONTENT, AND FILM PACKAGING BAG WITH CONTENT
A vertical bag-making/filling/packaging machine (1) includes: a top folding portion (20) which forms a first fold (F1) by folding one of sides of a band-shaped film (F) into a Z shape; a bottom folding portion (30) which folds a center of the film (F) so that side edges (E1, E2) of the film face each other; a first pleat guide (34, 35) which pulls a first pleat (G31) of the first fold (F1) upright; a spout portion-forming portion (40) which forms a spout portion (G8) between the side edges of the film (F); and a second pleat seal portion (51) which forms a second pleat (G32) by heat-welding the side edges (E1, E2) of the film (F) together so as to make the film (F) into a tube shape.
FOOD SOURCE FOR BIOLOGICAL CONTROL AGENTS AND METHODS THEREOF
The present invention discloses a food source for predatory mites and/or insects comprising a mixture of a carrier material and individuals of at least one mite species suitable as being a prey for the predatory mites and/or insects. The present invention further discloses methods for producing the food source and uses thereof.
SEALANT FILM, MULTILAYER FILM INCLUDING SAME, PACKAGING BAG AND PACKAGING CONTAINER, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SEALANT FILM
A sealant film including a polyester layer containing polyester as a main ingredient, in which the polyester is made of a structural unit derived from ethylene glycol, a structural unit derived from terephthalic acid and a structural unit derived from isophthalic acid, a ratio of the structural unit derived from isophthalic acid is 3.0 mol % or more and 15 mol % or less relative to ratios of the structural unit derived from terephthalic acid and the structural unit derived from isophthalic acid constituting the polyester, and a content rate of an oligomer contained in polyester layer is less than 2.0% by mass.
Netting with elongation indicator and method of determining the elongation of a netting
A knitted netting for wrapping an object is provided. When wrapping the object the knitted netting may have an indicated target elongation. The knitted netting includes first longitudinal franzes, first lateral schusses, at least two second longitudinal franzes, and at least one second lateral schuss. The schusses are knitted with the franzes to form the knitted netting. The first longitudinal franzes and the first lateral schusses are configured such that the spacing of the first longitudinal franzes decreases by less than 10% when elongating the knitted netting by 50% of the target elongation, the target elongation being from 15% to 300% of the length of the knitted netting. The second lateral schuss is an indicator schuss. The second longitudinal franzes are indicator franzes. The indicator schuss is knitted with the indicator franzes to form an elongation indicator for indicating the amount of longitudinal stretching of the knitted netting. The elongation indicator is configured such that the spacing of the indicator franzes decreases by more than 10% when elongating the knitted netting by 50% of the target elongation. Further, a method of determining the longitudinal elongation of such a knitted netting with respect to a target elongation is provided.
Systems and methods associated with a stabilized storage container
Embodiments disclosed herein describe systems and methods for a stabilized and dynamic storage system. Embodiments may be configured to be secured to a support structure, such as a fence, wall, etc. at a plurality of locations, while allowing objects to be stored within the storage system. By coupling the storage system to the support structure at a plurality of locations, stress applied by the objects positioned within the storage system may be distributed across the storage system.
Hair weave and extension material packaging
The present invention is directed to packaging for hair weave-extension materials that can include a container having a top portion used for storage and display of the hair weave-extension material and a bottom opening for receiving the hair weave-extension material. A top cavity can receive the head of the hair weave-extension material so that the top of the hair weave-extension material is disposed below the top portion. A cinch can be included disposed beneath the top cavity and is operatively associated with the container and the tie of the hair weave-extension materials in order to secure the hair weave-extension material in the storage area. The hair weave-extension material can be replaceably removed from the storage area.
Devices, systems and methods for erosion control
A high strength environmental control device comprising a mesh container having at least one interior and one exterior surface is provided. The interior of the mesh container can comprise a filler material. The mesh container can comprise a plurality of yarns, including viscose fibers, interlaced together.
TRANSPORT BAG FOR HANGING TRANSPORT OF CONVEYING GOOD AS WELL AS AN UNLOADING STATION, A CLOSING STATION, AND A CONVEYING INSTALLATION FOR THESE TRANSPORT BAGS
A transport bag (2) includes a closure device (56) in the lower section for detachably connecting the front wall (4) to the rear wall (5) in the closure state (21) for receiving the conveying good (39) and for releasing the connection from the closure state (21) into the open state (22) for releasing the conveying good (39). The locking of the closure device (56) is performed with the aid of an electric drive (10) which is preferably a low-cost solenoid with a spring return. The solenoid is connected to an electric line (15) by means of the electric contacts (14) located in the upper section of the suspension device (1). The reversible closing lock (18) is achieved with the aid of the spring of the solenoid. For the opening of the closure device (56), the solenoid is switched for a short time and the reversible closing lock (18) is released. The switching takes place in the unloading station (49) by supplying electric current to the electric contacts (14) with the aid of the electric switching contacts (31) of the unloading station (49). Additional advantages are offered by the uncomplicated efficient closing station (51) for closing the transport bags (2) with the aid of a lifting ramp (38). Additionally, the transport bag (2) can be folded in the conveying direction, and forms, in the unloaded state, a minimum depth resulting in an efficient utilization of the transport tracks (FIG. 13).
