A dosage device that includes a cannabinoid-containing substance enables controlled addition of the cannabinoid-containing substance to a liquid to produce a cannabinoid-containing liquid for ingestion. In an embodiment, such a dosage device is provided with a container that has a container body holding a liquid and a cover to seal the container body. A dosage device may also or instead be provided with a cover that includes a coupling structure to releasably couple the cover to a liquid container and a seal to seal the container. Other embodiments, including methods of use of a container, methods that involve providing a cannabinoid-containing substance and adding the cannabinoid-containing substance to a cover, and product packages that include multiple covers, are also disclosed.

A container and method include a bowl having an interior for storing a substance, an openable lower lid for accessing the substance when the lower lid is in an open configuration, and an upper lid for retaining the substance within the interior of the bowl and the lower lid. The lower lid in the open configuration is replaceable and resealable using an adhesive to be in a closed configuration, with the substance sealed within the bowl. The bowl, the lower lid, and the upper lid are composed of a biodegradable or recyclable material. A ring is disposed under a lip of the bowl and engageable with the upper lid for establishing a child-resistant engagement between the upper lid and the bowl. The child-resistant container includes a receptacle having an inner cavity, a lid that selectively couples with the receptacle to enclose the inner cavity when in a locked position, and a lock movable between the locked position securing the lid to the receptacle to substantially prevent access to the inner cavity and an unlocked position permitting the lid to move relative to the receptacle to expose access to the inner cavity. The receptacle and lid combination may include a lid that pivots relative to a container about a hinge and locks thereto by locking catches in the container sidewalls; or may include an outer housing enclosing an inner storage container in slide-in relation, wherein a pair of safety tabs extend from the inner storage container and through the outer housing into a respective pair of locking channels formed therein.
