TEMPORARY SUBSTRATE CARRIERS
Implementations of a substrate carrier may include a frame including an inner perimeter, the inner perimeter configured to be smaller than a perimeter of an organic substrate panel including multiple semiconductor die coupled thereto; and an outer perimeter configured to be larger than the perimeter of the organic substrate panel; wherein an edge of the frame between the inner perimeter and outer perimeter may be configured to rest against the organic substrate panel to prevent warpage during a heating operation.
TUBE END CLOSURE
According to one aspect, a non-roll end sleeve is configured to be disposed on a seamless cylindrical paper tube, the non-roll sleeve having a rectangular cross-section perpendicular to a central axis of the cylindrical paper tube when disposed on the cylindrical paper tube. According to another aspect, a container includes a seamless paper tube having at least one end provided with a shape in cross-section generally having N sides, where N is an integer selected from 3 to 8, which at least one end is closed by flaps of material between openings cut into the at least one end that have been folded inwardly and secured in place to form an end closure.

TAMPER RESISTANT ASSEMBLY FOR SECURING VALUABLE MATERIAL
The invention provides a tamper resistant assembly that that securely contains a valuable material. The assembly has a container for holding the valuable material, an optional carrier that contains the container, one or more cover components that enclose the valuable material in the container, and one or more labels having a plurality of devices that reveal tampering by distortion of at least one of the plurality of devices. The label(s) are positioned so that dislodging a cover component causes a detectable distortion in at least one of the plurality of devices, thereby revealing tampering with the assembly. In one embodiment the label can be affixed partially to a surface of a cover component and partially to a surface of the container or the optional carrier. Also disclosed are methods of detecting tampering and method of manufacturing a temper-resistant assembly. Because the assembly allows a remote validator to validate the assembly prior to providing essential instructions or authorization for conducting procedures on valuable material contained by the assembly, the manufacturer is assured that its procedures are being provided only to authorized persons.

DISCHARGE APPARATUS
A discharge apparatus for use with a bulk container of the kind having an outlet through which product is to be dispensed. The apparatus has an inlet end, an outlet end and a wall extending between said inlet end and said outlet end. The apparatus is configured for directing a flow of product from an outlet of a bulk container, and is further configured to permit relative movement between said inlet end and said outlet end between a retracted position and an extended position. The outlet end may take the form of a plate for supporting the lower end of the bulk container. The plate may be vibrated for assisting discharge of product from the bulk container.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PACKAGING ITEMS FOR SHIPPING USING ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
The method for packaging objects for shipping, which may be configured as a single all-in-one device, is carried out by scanning or selecting an item to be packaged from a catalogue and then using that information to generate a custom shipping enclosure using additive manufacturing techniques. Additive manufacturing techniques to create these custom shipping packages may include 3D printing, extrusion and sintering based processes as well as other techniques obvious to those skilled in the art. This method has an additional benefit of allowing greater quantities of items to fit on pallets, in shipping containers, and even in warehouses and on retail shelves.
