Mobile Phone Holder
A mobile phone holder is disclosed for mounting a mobile phone to the dashboard of a car. This mobile phone holder is integrated into the back of a mobile phone or is attached to the back surface of the mobile phone through adhesive pads, or suction cups, or is incorporated into accessories of mobile phones such as attachable card holding wallets, and etc. One embodiment of this mobile phone holder creates a closed loop around the air vent bars. Hence, shakes of the car will not cause sudden detachment and falling of the phone. In Addition, this mobile phone holder is portable and is carried by the mobile phone. Hence, the user can readily have it upon using a temporary car. Moreover, since this mobile phone holder is not permanently stayed in the car, it is not exposed to extreme temperatures and thus its wear and tear is lower than conventional phone holders. The loop that is formed by this apparatus can also be used for mounting a mobile phone to the handlebar of a shopping cart, the handlebar of a bike, safety belt of a car, a belt loop, belt of a user, strap of a bag, or other accessories of a user. This apparatus can also be used as a general purpose fastener for fastening two or more objects together, hanging objects from a bar. Such general purpose fastener can be used as a toy, strap of a watch, or bracelet as well.
Pipe Clamp for the Protection of Piping
A pipe clamp has a continuously extending, circularly shaped resilient strip comprising a plurality of outwardly extending nub members. Each of the nub members is separated from each adjacent nub member by intervening pipe gripping sections. The clamp is configured to circumscribe and be compelled against the surface of the pipe by means of the spring like nature of the strip and attached to the pipe by end clips. When pipe insulation encircles the pipe and is positioned on the nub members, the pipe insulation is in spaced relation to the pipe surface and a vapor barrier is formed between the insulation and pipe surface. As insulation is never in contact with the surfaces of the pipe, any pipe sweat will not be absorbed by the insulation.

Packaged synthetic braiding hair
A hair accessory includes bundled synthetic braiding hair. The bundled synthetic braiding hair can include a first bundle of synthetic hair and a second bundle of synthetic hair strands. Other bundles with different lengths can be included as well. The first bundle and the second bundle can have different lengths and can be bundled at a common center, or alternatively can have a common length and can be bundled with their centers offset by a predefined distance. A binder can be coupled about a waist of the bundled synthetic braiding hair. When the bundled synthetic braiding hair is folded about the binder, the different strand lengths work to define a substantially cardioid shaped perimeter of the bundled synthetic braiding hair.

A LOAD-RATED TOOL TETHER
A load-rated tool tether has a gate and a serrated surface strap integrally formed with the gate and extending from the gate. The gate has a channel therethrough between an entrance and an exit and a locking tang operably interfacing the channel between the entrance and the exit for the feed in and one-way non-releasable engagement of the strap therethrough in use. The tether has a securement ring integrally formed with the gate and extending from between the entrance and the connection edge of the gate at an angle with respect to the longitudinal axis of the channel. When the strap is tightened around a tool, the securement ring is resiliency held by the integrally formed gate secured either side thereof by the strap between the integral connection edge and the entrance in a spaced apart configuration and the undersurface bears tangentially against the tool.
Device for damping vibrations in a cable, notably a cable stay
The damping device comprises: a base comprising a through-orifice for receiving said cable, said through-orifice extending along at least a longitudinal axis, and at least one cylinder connected to said base and inclined with respect to said longitudinal axis at an angle other than 90, and, for said cylinder, a complementary cylinder connected to said base and inclined with respect to said longitudinal axis at an angle other than 90, the cylinder and the complementary cylinder being arranged on either side of a plane orthogonal to the longitudinal axis, the orthogonal plane containing a centre of the base, said centre being situated along the longitudinal axis.
