SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR HDSS ROLL PACKAGING
A method of forming a gum roll is provided. The method includes providing a strip stock having a first end, a first surface, and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first end of the strip stock is coupled to a core fixture so the first surface interfaces with the core fixture. The strip stock is rotated to wind the strip stock onto the core fixture such that the first surface interfaces with the second surface to form the gum roll. The method further includes cutting the strip stock to form the second end when the gum roll is wound to an outer roll diameter, the outer roll diameter being greater than a diameter of the core fixture.
WEIGHTED RODENT BAIT STATIONS AND RELATED METHODS
Rodent bait station assemblies and methods for assembly and bundling.
Method for forming an article array
A method for building an article array comprised of (n) rows of articles, as disclosed herein.
Snack pallet assembly
A pallet assembly including a plurality of trays separated by supports is provided. Each of the supports includes a rectangular portion and a wing portion. The wing portion is formed from two layers of materials connected together by a locking tab or other suitable means. The wing portion can include a first portion and a second portion at an angle with respect to the first portion. A tab can be used to facilitate placing the first portion of the wing at the angle with respect to the second portion of the wing.
Nestable containers having nestable lid arrangements
A container (10) comprises a base (12), upstanding walls (14) on the base and a lid arrangement (16) pivotally attacked to at least one of the walls at a hinge (17). The lid arrangement is pivotally moveable about the hinge from an open position to a closed position. When the lid arrangement (16) is in the open position, the container (10) can be nested within a similar further container having a similar further lid arrangement, and the lid arrangement (16) can be received within the further lid arrangement in a nested condition of the lid arrangements.
Quick stencil kit
A kit for creating stencils is provided, including a polymeric shell, multiple linear polymeric frames, multiple thermoplastic rubber polymeric alphanumeric stencil elements, a rolling ball marker, and a roll of markable web. The polymeric shell has a tray and a hingedly joined sealing top. The tray is generally rectangular with a peripheral sidewall and has a storage compartment each for the web roll, the stencil elements, the frames, and the marker. The sidewall adjacent the web roll compartment has an opening therethrough. The frames have an elongate central planar portion and a pair of parallel upraised crenellated sidewalls with stencil retention elements defined in the crenels. The frames also have mateable elements defined at each end to join the frames together. The stencil elements fit between the frame sidewalls and have elongate projections with stencil retention elements adapted to mate with the stencil retention elements defined in the frame crenels.
Egg carriers and methods
An egg carrier of the present disclosure has a housing that has an external surface and disposed in the surface of the housing are a plurality of openings. Additionally, the egg carrier has a plurality of receptacles, and each receptacle is accessible by one of the plurality of openings. Further, each receptacle has an oval-shaped internal wall forming an oval-shaped cavity for receiving an egg.
MOLDED PULP PALLET FRAME
The invention is directed to a molded pulp pallet frame for use in erecting a product display for light weight products in flexible packaging among other products.
PACKAGING AND DEVICES TO ACCESS SCREW-TOP CONTAINERS IN AUTOMATED SYSTEMS
The present invention relates to a system for access and retrieval of screw-top containers. In one embodiment, the system includes a tray with a plurality of apertures, the tray adapted to receive containers having a cap and a body such that each cap of each container pressed into the tray rests above a respective aperture in the tray and each body is suspended below the tray. The system also includes a rotary tool having a cavity extending from an opening at one end, the cavity defined by an interior surface that includes engagement features. The engagement features on the interior surface of the rotary tool are adapted to engage onto at least a portion of the body of the container surface defined by complementary engagement features when the rotary tool is inserted over the body of the container from below the tray.
Paperboard Carton
A carton is formed from folding a unitary blank, made from paperboard, to establish a front panel, a rear panel, opposing side panels, a bottom wall and a top wall. To strengthen the carton, at least two side inserts, having a caliper which is equal to or greater than the caliper of the unitary blank, are provided within an interior cavity of the carton and against a respective one of the opposing side panels. The unitary blank has a predominate fiber orientation which is directionally different from each of the at least two side inserts. With this arrangement, the cartons have enhanced structural integrity, enabling similarly configured cartons to be effectively, vertically stacked without deformation.
