SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INCORPORATING LABELS AND THE LIKE WITH EXPANDABLE SLIT SHEET MATERIAL WRAP
According to some embodiments, systems and methods for applying labeling or indicia upon expandable slit sheet cushioning material is provided, including, in some examples, a) providing one or more unslit region within the expandable slit sheet material, b) providing one or more label or the like that is adhered or connected to a region of the expandable slit sheet material, and/or c) providing an over-layer sheet around the expandable slit sheet material.
Method for stacking of filled sacks to a pallet-free sack stacking
The invention relates to a method for stacking of filled sacks (20) to a pallet-free sack stacking (10) comprising the following: Performing of a first layer (L1) from at least two rows of filled sacks (20), Performing of at least one further layer (L2) from at least two rows of filled sacks (20) on top of the first layer (L1), Covering of the completed sack stacking (10) with at least a stabilized cover (30). The first layer (L1) or the last layer (L9) of the sack stacking with at least two elevating recesses (40) are performed for an elevation with a forklift and between two layers (L8, L9) a mechanically stiffened intermediate space (50) is realized with a floor space (52) which extends between both neighboring layers (L8, L9) and at least a lateral flap (54) which extends along the lateral side (22) of the sacks (20) of one of both neighboring layers (L8, L9) and transverse to the elevating recesses (40).
Electronic net for security during transportation and weaving method therefor
The present invention provides an electronic net for security during transportation, whereas the net body of electronic net is knitted with a braided wire which has a conductive wire inside, or even it is formed by multiple subnets and the conductive wires between subnets are connected in series. Both metal ends of conductive wire of the net body are connected to electronic lock. If the conductive wire in the braided wire is disconnected due to the damage of net body, the electronic lock rapidly detect the error. Even though the disconnected conductive wire is reconnected again, the error record in the electronic lock cannot be eliminated. Therefore, once the goods finish the X-ray security check, it is covered with the electronic net and locked to the bottom plate with fixing belt, and then identify it with the strap before transportation. And the staff needs to check the electronic lock if there is any error signal and observe the identifiers of the straps if they are consistent with the record and damaged or not As above to complete the inspection of the security problems in transportation. The process is simple and reduces the security loopholes caused by negligence.
Insulating product module and process for manufacturing such a module
A module includes compressible insulation products that each have a longitudinal axis, a peripheral surface, and first and second ends. The module includes a single row of insulation products positioned next to one another along a first direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the insulation products, a first film that wraps each insulation product of the single row in a compressed state by covering the peripheral surface of the insulation product, a second film that wraps the single row of insulation products by covering some of the peripheral surface of the insulation products of the row, and a third film that wraps the single row of insulation products by covering the first and second ends of each insulation product of the row.
Device for securing palletized materials
Implementations of the present disclosure generally relate to a reusable wrapping device for securing loaded goods on a transportation carrier. In one embodiment, the wrapping device includes a flexible wrap body having a first side and a second side opposing the first side, and a fastening device removably connected to the flexible wrap body, wherein the fastening device is disposed along the first side of the flexible wrap body. The wrapping device also includes a plurality of straps removably attached to the fastening device.
Crate apparatus for artificial stone slabs, or the like
A crate apparatus can at least partially contain and protect articles that may be artificial stone slabs. The crate apparatus can include a crate and one or more partitions mounted to the crate and at least partially positioned in the interior of the crate. The partitions can extend crosswise to, and be spaced apart from one another in, an upright direction. The partitions and holes therein can be cooperatively configured to at least partially define upright receptacles for respectively receiving the articles. The upright receptacles and/or articles therein can extend vertically or be in an inclined configuration.
Integrated external connectors
Connectors, systems with connectors and processes with connectors are described. These include how connectors can actively hold external portions of two frames or other components together during transport and before final installation, as well as, how the connectors can be repositionable on the frame or other component so as to provide a mechanical connection in one position and not to provide a mechanical connection when moved into a second position. The connectors can also function to provide spacing or alignment or both between frames or other components grouped together using the connectors.

Moisture prevention packaging system and methods
A packaged article is composed of a bulk bag having a top end and a bottom end. Further included is a pallet having a first side and a second side. Also included are an outer bag having a first closed end and a first open end and a heatshrink bag having a second closed end and a second open end. The first closed end of the outer bag is between the bottom end of the bulk bag and the first side of the pallet. The first open end of the outer bag is gathered over the top end of the bulk bag to enclose the bulk bag within the outer bag. The second closed end of the heatshrink bag is proximate to the top end of the bulk bag and the second open end contacts the second side of the pallet.
NATURAL FIBER-BASED INSULATED PANEL AND TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED SHIPPING SYSTEM
A natural fiber-based insulating panel system to facilitate shipping. One or more natural fiber-based panels are inserted into the interior of a shipping container to encapsulate the payload, or on the exterior of the shipping container to encapsulate the shipping container and payload. A film or membrane may encapsulate one or more of the insulating panels. Micro perforations may be present in the membrane to facilitate the capture of moisture from the interior.
