Packaging for adhesive patch containing rivastigmine
To provide a packaging for a rivastigmine-containing adhesive patch having excellent temporal stability of rivastigmine, an adhesive patch product including the adhesive patch and a packaging bag, and a method for manufacturing the same. An adhesive patch product including a packaging bag formed from a laminate of at least three layers including an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer film and a rivastigmine-containing adhesive patch housed in the packaging bag and having a residual oxygen concentration of 10% by volume or less in the packaging bag, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. In addition, a packaging for a rivastigmine-containing adhesive patch formed from a laminate including an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer film and having a residual oxygen concentration of 10% by volume or less therein is provided.
PACKAGING CONTAINER-FILLER MEMBER, PACKAGING CONTAINER, CONTENTS-FILLED PACKAGING CONTAINER, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CONTENTS-FILLED PACKAGING CONTAINER
A packaging container-filler member includes: a front-side sheet and a back-side sheet disposed to oppose each other; a first connecting sheet connecting outer edges of the front-side and back-side sheets on a first side in a first direction along the front-side sheet; a second connecting sheet connecting outer edges of the front-side and back-side sheets on a second side in the first direction; and a third connecting sheet connecting outer edges of the front-side and back-side sheets on a first side in a second direction along the front-side sheet, the second direction crossing the first direction. The front-side and back-side sheets, and the first and second connecting sheets constitute a cylindrical body whose cross section is rectangular when the cylindrical body has a three-dimensional shape. The first, second and third connecting sheets are each folded in an opposing direction in which the front-side and back-side sheets oppose each other.
Resealable package with improved contents accessibility
A film package with a resealable access opening providing improved access to the package contents is provided. The film package may include a tray, frame, or other reinforcing structure containing or holding discrete articles disposed in a row, column, or array, a flexible film forming at least a top of the film package, an access opening disposed at least in the top defined by a cut in the film, and a sealing layer adhesively sealed to the film or a remainder of the film around the access opening. In one embodiment, the access cut forming the access opening into the film has an expanded portion that extends outward from the remainder of the access cut to facilitate easier removal of the discrete articles within the package. To further improve access, the tray may have an opening or window therein to permit the discrete article to move longitudinally and/or laterally therein.
Reseal label for box in a box re-sealable pack
A container includes a rigid outer box and a rigid inner box wherein a pull tab is configured to reseal a pre-cut opening in the inner box. The pull tab includes a cover layer larger than the pre-cut opening. The cover layer can be a piece of bundle wrap with a paper layer of the bundle wrap contacting the consumer goods inside the box. The outer box has a hinged lid permanently attached to a connecting tab of the pull tab whereby opening the hinged lid simultaneously opens the pre-cut opening in the inner box by lifting the pull tab. The connecting tab includes adhesive which is partially deadened to decrease adhesion of the connecting tab to the inner box. The pull tab can also include one or more machine readable markings to enhance automated application of the pull tab to an inner box blank during manufacturing of the container.
DRY PROSTHETIC HEART VALVE PACKAGING SYSTEM
Packaging for prosthetic heart valves including an assembly for stabilizing dry prosthetic tissue implants such as heart valves during storage. The packaging assembly includes a primary sterile barrier that permits gas sterilization of the tissue implant, and a secondary sterile barrier that also prevents oxidation of the implant during long-term storage. Tissue heart valves may be placed or suspended within a cavity of an inner rigid tray with a gas-permeable lid sealed thereon, and a cap placed over the cavity to limit movement of the valve therein. The inner tray is placed within an outer sterile barrier, such as another rigid tray or a flexible pouch, and the assembly is then sterilized. The outer sterile barrier may include a double seal so that a first gas-permeable seal can be closed for sterilization, after which a second gas-impermeable seal can be closed to seal out any further oxygen contact with the tissue implant. Alternatively, the inner tray may be placed within a sterile pouch and the assembly gas-sterilized, and then the entire assembly is placed within another pouch that provides an impermeable barrier to the surrounding atmosphere to prevent oxidation of the tissue implant.
DRY PROSTHETIC HEART VALVE PACKAGING SYSTEM
Packaging for prosthetic heart valves including an assembly for stabilizing dry prosthetic tissue implants such as heart valves during storage. The packaging assembly can be used for storing a bioprosthetic heart valve without a liquid preservative solution. The packaging assembly can comprise a holder comprising an engagement structure configured for removably attaching a bioprosthetic heart valve, the holder comprising a shaft. The packaging assembly can also include a storage tray comprising a cavity and an insert sized to provide a cap over the cavity of the storage tray, the insert comprising a slot having a closed central end and an open outer periphery. The shaft of the holder can be non-rotatably retained at the closed central end, wherein the insert defines a flat, generally planar disc comprising at least one of outward projections and flow passages.
Easy open package
The present invention provides a package wrapping that utilizes a film having a pair of spaced apart perforations defining a perforation zone there between, a carton label having a pair of spaced apart tabs defining a notch that extends across and makes visible a portion of the perforation zone when the label overlays the film, and an adhesive extending across a portion of the perforation zone and one of the spaced apart tabs wherein the carton label is not adhered to the film.
PACK OF SINGLE USE CAPSULE OR POD, PACKAGING MACHINE AND METHOD THEREOF
A pack including at least one single-use capsule or pod for a portioned beverage which has two opposite bases, and a side wall connecting the two bases defining therewith a chamber for containing an aromatic substance; the pack has a sealed container for containing the capsule or pod housed in a protective inert gas atmosphere; more specifically the sealed container copies at least in part the shape of the capsule or pod.
Packaged tissue products
A unitary package including a rolled tissue product and a packaged tissue product overwrapped with a packaging film. The packaged tissue product may be disposed in a box body which is in-turn co-packed with the rolled tissue product to increase the stability of the package. The rolled tissue products preferably comprise a dry tissue web wound about a core. The packaged tissue product preferably comprises a stack of tissue sheet products and more preferably a stack of wet tissue sheet products.
HUMIDITY CONTROL MATERIAL AND HUMIDITY CONTROL MATERIAL WITH PACKAGING MATERIAL
A humidity control material includes the following: a water absorber including a water absorbing material; and a humidity control ingredient contained in the water absorbing material, and configured to absorb or release moisture. The humidity control ingredient includes a metal salt having a deliquescence point falling within a relative humidity of 30 to 80% RH inclusive.
