SMART POD AND MOBILITY FOR TRANSPORTING THE SAME
A smart pod is used for safe and convenient loading and unloading of cargo as well as fast and efficient transport thereof, and a mobility system transports the smart pod. The smart pod includes an upper surface, a lower surface, and a pair of first sidewalls connecting the upper surface and the lower surface to each other. The first sidewalls have a hexagonal shape, and a fastening protrusion is installed on the upper surface and configured to retract from the upper surface.
STORAGE ASSEMBLY, METHOD AND SYSTEM OF STORING A PERISHABLE ORGANIC LIQUID
A storage assembly comprising a tank having a cavity defined by a wall including a sealable port for receiving and storing a perishable organic fluid within the tank, the perishable organic fluid being chilled prior to transfer to the tank; a heat exchange structure at least partially located between an inner and outer wall surface of the wall, wherein prior to receiving the perishable organic fluid the heat exchange structure is configured to chill the cavity; and a sparging structure located within the tank, wherein the sparging structure is in fluid communication with a source of conditioning agent, wherein the sparging structure is configured to: transfer a first portion of the conditioning agent into the tank to purge the tank prior to receiving the perishable organic fluid; and sparge and pressurise the perishable organic fluid with a second portion of the conditioning agent after transfer and sealing within the tank.
Modular facility formation system and shipping method
A modular facility formation system includes any number of modules that may be coupled to one another to create a facility. Walls of the facility may be provided by one or more removeable walls, the walls of a shipping container, or a combination thereof. When installed within a shipping container, upper and lower braces are pressure fit into the shipping container without penetrating the container. The lower braces are configured to engage guidance mechanisms of the modules to guide the modules into a stowage position within the shipping container and to secure the modules in place. The modules may be configured with a pre-determined internal configuration corresponding to a defined function of the room within the facility.
Adjustable lift bar system
An Adjustable Lift Bar System for roll off containers and other applications used to enable a roll off to be compatible with a lift bar hoist system set at various heights; the system includes a lift bar having a crown; a pair of lift bar flanges and mounting flanges with a set of holes to receive removable fasteners and mounting flanges; a long spreader tube between the mounting flanges; a pair of short spreader tubes, bolt plates with a series of holes, the pair of vertical supports, and fasteners to adjustably secure the pair of the mounting flanges of the lift bar assembly to the pair of the bolt plates.
Flat-pack shipping container
The present invention relates to a folding container (100) that comprises a base (102) further comprising a floor (112). At least two side panels (104, 104′) are mechanically attached to the base. A rear panel (106) comprises rear hinges (118) attached thereto that are pivotably connected to the base (102) and operable to pivot between a folded position that contacts the floor and a vertically deployed position. A hinge block (119) is attached to the base (102). A front panel (108) comprising a front door (109), and further comprising front hinges (122) is pivotably connected to the hinge block (119), and operable to pivot between a folded position that contacts the front panel (108) and a vertically deployed position.
Gasket for hatch cover assembly of a rail car
A hatch cover assembly for a rail car includes a gasket including a sealing wedge extending downwardly from a lower surface of the gasket. The sealing wedge is configured to sealingly engage a lip of a hatch ring. The hatch cover further includes a gasket retainer having one or more channels. The gasket further includes one or more upwardly-extending annular ribs retained within the one or more channels of the gasket retainer.
Apparatus, system and method for securing wheeled shipping carts within a shipping container
An apparatus, system and method for securing wheeled shipping carts within a shipping container. The apparatus, system and method for securing wheeled shipping carts within a shipping container secures the shipping racks across the width of the container and vertically, and then end-to-end inside the length of the container from the fixed end of the container to the doors as the container is loaded. In addition, the system and method secures wheeled shipping carts within a shipping container using a securing apparatus installed within the shipping container to constrain the wheeled shipping carts both vertically and horizontally in location during transport.
Structure and method for securing and transporting equipment racks
A clamping device secures an equipment rack during shipping. The clamping device includes a gripping portion having first and second surfaces positionable along opposing sides of a respective one of a front and rear lateral logistic bar. The clamping device also includes a clamp mechanism attached to the gripping portion for movement between a disengaged position and an engaged position to selectively engage the first and second surfaces to the opposing sides of the respective one of the front and rear lateral logistic bars positioned adjacent to an equipment rack within a carrier shipping enclosure. A mounting feature is attached to the gripping portion to hold one end of a longitudinal logistic bar positioned along a lateral side of the equipment rack.
Flexible Tank for a Shipping Container
A flexible tank is used to transport liquids or semi-liquid material in a shipping container on a railroad car. It has an inner tank and at least one end closure with alternating interlaced hollow loops from two separate exterior layers. A nylon rope or similar securing element is passed through the hollow loops to use the exterior layers in an end closure to constrain the inner tank. An end flap may be welded to an exterior layer and positioned between the inner tank and the end closure. The hollow loops may be formed by folding over the exterior layers and cutting out complementary portions so the loops are in an alternating interlaced pattern. Capacity bands located around the periphery of the flexible tank suppress expansion of the flexible tank at their respective locations.
PRETREATMENT CONTAINER FOR DISCHARGING OF SECONDARY BATTERY
Provided is a pretreatment container for discharging of a secondary battery used in the process of processing discharging of a secondary battery, in which a first upper plate and a second upper plate are rotatably disposed in a staggered manner on an upper side of a housing including a receiving space receiving a waste battery, thereby preventing the waste battery from floating during the discharging process.
