Method for cooking and preserving food in a container, in particular in a bag, and a closing device
In a method for cooking food in a container, in particular in a bag, the container, during heating, is opened at a particular overpressure of the medium and closed when the overpressure drops. A closing device is connected to the container and equipped with a pressure relief valve by means of which the container is opened at a particular overpressure of the medium and closed when the overpressure drops. The closing device includes at least one inner elongate retaining element and at least one sleeve body which surrounds the retaining element. The container is provided with an opening, and fed between the retaining element and sleeve body and through a longitudinal slit in the sleeve body. The retaining element and its surrounding sleeve body form the pressure relief valve. Optimal cooking of the food introduced into the container is achieved and fast preparation of the food is possible.
Sport water bottle with high flow rate
A bottle assembly has a bottle and a removable cap. The cap includes a nozzle and a vent arrangement. The vent arrangement can include a vent conduit that extends into an air cavity present at the bottom of the bottle assembly when the bottle assembly is inverted. The vent arrangement allows for pressure equalization within the bottom assembly in response to liquid being dispensed from the bottle assembly to permit high flow rates of the dispensed liquid without squeezing of the bottle.
Mechanical pressure relief valve for use in live beverages
A pressure actuated pressure relief valve is disposed in the body of a beverage vessel and is configured to be in fluidic communication with an exterior of the beverage vessel and an interior of the beverage vessel. The pressure actuated pressure relief valve being configured to actuate from a closed position to an open position based on pressure reaching a threshold within the interior of the beverage vessel. The pressure actuated pressure relief valve being configured to actuate from the open position to the closed position based on pressure falling below the threshold within the interior of the beverage vessel.
Closure
The disclosure relates to a closure for a container, including a ring-shaped base element extending around a longitudinal axis and including a first through opening, a ring-shaped rotary element, which can be operatively connected to the base element and can be rotated relative thereto about the longitudinal axis, and at least one closing element. The closing element comprises a first and a second end wherein the first end of the closing element being operatively connected to the base element and the second end of the closing element being operatively connected to the rotary element, and wherein the closing element at least partially closing a closure opening in a rotated state of the rotary element relative to the base element.
MICROWAVABLE POUCH
Provided is a microwavable pouch having a rectangular outer shape in plan view. The microwavable punch includes an automatic steam release mechanism. The automatic steam release mechanism includes a steam release portion and a steam release seal portion surrounding the steam release portion, and assuming that there is an inscribed ellipse in contact with centers of inner edges of sides of a peripheral seal portion of the pouch, the steam release seal portion is formed so that a circumference of the inscribed ellipse is positioned in a width region of a seal separation start portion of the steam release seal portion closest to a center point of an accommodation portion or in a vicinity of the seal separation start portion.
A CAP AND A CONTAINER
Disclosed is a cap (4) for a container (1) and a container (1) thereof. The cap (4) configured to be mounted on the container body (2) comprises a cap body (15) formed with a liquid path (24) and a gas path (25) therein, wherein the liquid path (24) is configured for liquid to go through from the container (1) and the gas path (25) is configured for gas to go through to balance pressures inside and outside the container (1), and a top plate (16); characterized in that the top plate (16) is detachably connected with the cap body (15) to seal the liquid path (24) and the gas path (25).
Tamper-resistant air-permeable container
A tamper-resistant air-permeable container includes a cover having a bottom that is formed with a first wall having primary troughs and primary blocks and formed with a retaining engagement portion; and a box including a receiving space and having a second wall that is provided with a first step part lower than the second wall and a second step part lower than the first step part to define forming therebetween a retaining engagement groove. The second wall is formed with secondary troughs, each including a curved section, such that each of the secondary troughs has a curved configuration. When the cover is combined with the box, the retaining engagement portions of the cover are fit into and retained in the retaining engagement groove. The primary troughs and the secondary troughs form passages in communication with the receiving space.
Tamper-Resistant and Tamper-Evident Containers
A transparent, plastic, one-piece, tamper-resistant/evident container includes a cover portion including an outwardly extending peripheral flange and a base portion having an upper peripheral rim. A tamper-evident hinge joins the cover portion with the base portion. The hinge includes a frangible section. When the container is closed, the outwardly extending peripheral flange of the cover portion abuts the upper peripheral rim of the base portion and the upper peripheral rim of the base portion extends beyond an outer edge of the outwardly extending peripheral flange of the cover portion and deters opening the container.
Display container for botanical specimens
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for a multisensory examination jar for botanical specimens. Embodiments of the disclosed jar may have a body portion with an integrated LED array for illuminating the contents of the jar. The jar may have a removable lid with an integrated magnifying lens, and an opening or port to enable a user to smell the contents of the jar. The opening may have a removable plug to establish a substantially air tight seal on the lid of the jar, to trap odors within the jar. The removable plug can be selectively removed to enable the user to smell the contents of the jar. The jar may have an electronics module and power source operable for wireless charging. The jar may also be configured to interface with a charging dock or base for wireless charging of integrated batteries.
PAPER-BASED COMPOSITE CONTAINER FOR OFF-GASSING PRODUCTS, AND METHOD FOR MAKING SAME
A paper-based composite container for an off-gassing product includes a paperboard can body having a substantially gas-impervious liner attached to an inner surface thereof, and a pair of substantially paper-based end closures attached to the opposite ends of the can body, each end closure defining a generally cylindrical sealing panel in contact with an inner surface of the can body. Heat-sealable materials are disposed on opposing surfaces of the sealing panel and can body. The sealing panels of the end closures are attached to the can body by heat seals. The heat seal for at least one of the end closures is discontinuous such that at least one vent channel extends through the heat seal to establish fluid communication between an interior of the container and the environment outside the container. The at least one vent channel is operable to vent excess gas pressure from the interior of the container.
