SPORT WATER BOTTLE WITH HIGH FLOW RATE
A bottle assembly has a bottle and a removable cap. The cap includes a nozzle and a vent arrangement. The vent arrangement can include a vent conduit that extends into an air cavity present at the bottom of the bottle assembly when the bottle assembly is inverted. The vent arrangement allows for pressure equalization within the bottom assembly in response to liquid being dispensed from the bottle assembly to permit high flow rates of the dispensed liquid without squeezing of the bottle.
Method and apparatus for controlled transfer of fluid
Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to caps, closures, seals, and containers, and control of flow of fluids. Certain embodiments can be used with fluids related to machinery, for instance, engine oil, brake fluid, coolant, transmission fluid, and power steering fluid. Certain embodiments of the present disclosure effectively hold and transfer a fluid or a fluid substance, further being able to open, close, and regulate fluid flow. Embodiments include a single piece tubular component that includes a cap interiorly attached to such tubular component with ribs, and a container having a tapered end. In certain embodiments, a tube is attached to the cap. In certain embodiments, a nozzle collar having a tapered end is adapted to attach to a container.
MECHANICAL PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE FOR USE IN LIVE BEVERAGES
A pressure actuated pressure relief valve is disposed in the body of a beverage vessel and is configured to be in fluidic communication with an exterior of the beverage vessel and an interior of the beverage vessel. The pressure actuated pressure relief valve being configured to actuate from a closed position to an open position based on pressure reaching a threshold within the interior of the beverage vessel. The pressure actuated pressure relief valve being configured to actuate from the open position to the closed position based on pressure falling below the threshold within the interior of the beverage vessel.
Dosing timer and dispensers using the same
A dispensing system includes a pour cap for a container and a timing device configured to visually indicate when a dose has been dispensed from the dispensing system, the timing device being securable to either the pour cap or the container and configurable based on a product being dispensed.
Hydrogen peroxide formulations in barrier layer films with a metallized layer
The present invention concerns a cosmetic product for modifying the natural color of keratinous fibers, in particular human hair, which contains at least one packaging (VP) and a cosmetic composition (KM) contained in this packaging (VP). The packaging is made of a multi-layer film (F) comprising at least two polymer layers (P1) and (P2) and at least one barrier layer (BS). The cosmetic composition comprises at least one oxidizing agent, at least one C.sub.8-C.sub.30 alcohol and at least one non-ionic surfactant. The use of the packaging (VP) in combination with the cosmetic composition (KM) surprisingly does not lead to an inflation of the packaging or an excessive water loss of the agent (KM) during storage.
Pediatric dosing dispenser
A package that is configured to store and dispense fluids. The package includes a container and a dosing dispenser for closing an opening to the container. The dosing dispenser includes a closure removably coupled to the container and an anti-suction valve fixed to the container that is configured to minimize formation of a complete seal between a user's mouth and an upper surface of the anti-suction valve so that sufficient suction to remove fluid from the container is blocked.
Pressure Relief Valve with Wetting Fluid Reservoirs
One-way pressure relief valves with wetting fluid reservoirs are disclosed. Valves of the types described herein may be applied to a product package, for example a package containing dry roasted coffee, to allow gas to escape from the package while preventing entry of ambient air into the package. A wetting fluid is provided within the valve to facilitate formation of the seal blocking entry of ambient air through the valve and into the product package. The wetting fluid reservoirs hold wetting fluid to limit or prevent leakage of the wetting fluid from the valve providing benefits such as improved application of the valves to the packages, improved retention of the valves to the packages, and appearance improvements resulting from avoidance of leakage of wetting fluid onto the valve and the package to which the valve is attached.
Container comprising a recess in the container wall
The invention relates to a plastic container having a container wall delimiting an interior of the container, and an outlet on the container wall for pouring out a product contained in the plastic container. A recess that projects into the interior of the container and is provided for accepting a functional element is formed on the container wall, with the recess being accessible through an insertion hole.
Dual handle container
A plastic container configured to store and/or transport liquids, including chemicals such as organic peroxide, includes a top portion, a base portion, and a sidewall that extends between the top portion and the base portion. The top portion has a vent spout and a main spout. The top portion also has a front surface portion having a slanted face and a lip that extends radially from the main spout away from the slanted face. Additionally, the top portion has an integrated handle that defines a maximum handle length that is approximately half of the maximum container length. The base portion has an interior surface and an exterior surface. The exterior surface defines a handle recess.
System, apparatus and method for coding caps for different bottle sizes
A plurality of caps are provided each with a visual coding of color and/or indicia for use with different sizes of bottles at least in accordance with a height of the bottles from a closed bottom end to an open top end for engaging each of the caps. Each of the caps has a tube mounted to, or through, an aperture extending through a top closed end of the cap to extend a selected length enabling one end of the tube to reach or extend along an interior surface of the bottom end of any of the bottles of the height to which the cap is coded for use therewith. The other end of tube is extendable to a bioreactor container. Each of the caps has another tube or port to another aperture of the cap to provide an air vent with an optional air filtering device.
