VENTING SYSTEM FOR OVENABLE CONTAINERS
The invention comprises an ovenable packaging structure having an integral one-way valve. The laminate structure comprises an outer layer having a cut line which defines a flap that is separable from the outer layer, wherein the outer layer is adhered to an inner layer having a cut line which is offset from the outer cut line and defines a portion that is separable from the inner layer along the inner cut line and defines an opening into the packaging structure. The adhesive between the layers comprises, in an embodiment, a channel of pressure sensitive adhesive which surrounds both the outer cut line and the inner cut line, wherein the channel of pressure sensitive adhesive defines the perimeter of at least one adhesive-free valve chamber within said channel. The valve chamber comprises at least a portion of the outer cut line and the inner cut line.
Stackable and Ventable Containers
A container includes a base, a lid, and a hinge that connects the base and lid. The containers may be configured to be vertically stackable in an closed position and still permit venting via vents in the lid of each container. The containers may also be nested in an open position with indentations in the base to facilitate separation of the containers. The indentations may be in one of two positions with an alternating pattern when the containers are in the nested arrangement.
BUNG PLUG CLOSURE FOR BUNG-HOLE CONTAINERS
The invention relates to a bung plug closure for bung-hole containers, the bung plug closure comprising a bung plug (10) for being placed in a bung neck (24) of the bung-hole container and a seal cap (11) for closing a plug recess formed in the bung plug (10), the plug recess having a receiving space (19) for receiving a dimensionally elastic engaging body (20) which is formed on the seal cap (11) and which is provided with a radial locking protrusion (21), a valve (49) being disposed in a bottom of the plug recess, said valve (49) having a valve body (50) which is disposed in a valve opening of a bottom recess, said valve body (50) being provided with a valve cover (55) which is connected to the bung plug (10), wherein the valve cover (55) is an elastically deformable disk, the valve cover (55) being connected to the bung plug (10) in such a manner that a circumferential edge of the valve cover (55), which protrudes radially outward over matching locking elements (32) for interlocking with the locking protrusion (21), is received between the locking protrusion (21) of the engaging body (20) and a recess edge of the bottom recess.
Packaging bag fresh-keeping exhaust valve structure
A packaging bag fresh-keeping exhaust valve structure is an exhaust valve and includes a valve body, a valve plate and a preservative. The valve body includes a partition to partition its internal space into a valve chamber and a filling chamber. The partition has at least one through hole, so that the valve chamber communicates with the filling chamber through the through hole. The valve plate is disposed in the valve chamber. An outer peripheral edge of the valve chamber has a flange extending outwardly. A surface of the flange is provided with a first sealing film to confine the valve plate within the valve chamber. The preservative is disposed in the filling chamber. An inlet end of the filling chamber is provided with a breathable film to confine the preservative within the filling chamber. An outer end of the breathable film is provided with a second sealing film.
Seal bottle assembly
A seal bottle assembly includes a bottle and a cap is removably mounted to the top opening of the bottle to seal the first room. The cap includes a radial hole defined radially therethrough. A switch unit includes a seal part located in the cap, and a control part located outside of the cap. When the control part is pushed toward the seal part, the pressure in the cap and the bottle is the same as that of outside of the bottle assembly so that the cap is removable relative to the bottle. When the control part is pulled away from the seal part and the seal part is moved to seal a communication between the first and second rooms. The pressure in the cap and the bottle is different from that of outside of the bottle assembly so that the cap is not removable relative to the bottle.
Method for forming and/or testing a bag in the interior space of a container
The present invention relates to a method for producing a bag in the interior space of a container and for testing said bag, and to a system for this purpose, to a computer program product for execution, and to the use of the system for the methods.
Double-walled container
A double-walled container includes an outer layer body and an inner layer body. A single adhesive strip is disposed between the outer layer body and the inner layer body in a manner such that the adhesive strip extends along a center axis. The outer layer body is provided with a single ambient air introduction hole. The outer layer body includes an inner surface, which is configured by a separation surface and a pseudo-adhesive surface. The separation surface faces the ambient air introduction hole and is separated from an outer surface of the inner layer body, and the pseudo-adhesive surface faces the separation surface and is separably adhered to the outer surface of the inner layer body.
DISPENSING CLOSURE FOR A FLUID CONTAINER
The present invention relates to a dispensing closure for a fluid container with a spout for dispensing a fluid, said dispensing closure comprising a peripheral wall, a transverse wall and a toggle member, wherein said peripheral wall and said transverse wall are made of an elastic material. The dispensing closure also comprises a valve element.
FERMENTED FOOD PACKING POUCH, FERMENTED FOOD PACKING METHOD USING SAME, AND PACKING POUCH
One or more embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a pouch for packaging fermented foods, a method of packaging fermented foods using the same, and a pouch for packaging.
