Dispenser for dispensing flowable material
A dispenser for dispensing flowable material. The dispenser comprises a resiliently deformable body encompassing a closed volume with an optional flexible pouch disposed therein to accommodate the flowable material. A discharge element having at least one discharge opening, along with at least one valve regulating flow from the closed volume or the flexible pouch and through the discharge opening is also provided. The body is configured so that a threshold amount of deformation of the body causes the flowable material to urge from the closed body through the discharge opening or the pressure increase of the closed volume acting on the flexible pouch sufficiently so that flowable material accommodated in the flexible pouch is urged therefrom through the discharge opening.
Broiler container with a base and side walls, which is designed and set up for receiving and holding at least five living broilers, in particular as part of a unit and an arrangement of a transport trailer
The invention relates to broiler containers having a floor and side walls defining an inner volume which is designed and configured to receive and accommodate at least five live broilers, wherein the broiler container is designed and configured to be stackable with broiler containers of the same construction and has at least one ventilation opening and at least one air outflow opening, which broiler container is characterised in that the broiler container comprises at least one segment of a ventilation or air outflow column which extends through the inner volume and has at least one ventilation or air outflow opening at a distance from the side walls, wherein each segment of the ventilation or air outflow column is designed and configured for connection to corresponding segments of broiler containers of the same construction and also for connection to an active ventilation system. The invention relates also to a unit comprising at least two containers, to an arrangement comprising a unit and a ventilation system, to a transport trailer, to a poultry slaughterhouse, and to a method for ventilating the broilers.
Standing pouch with steam release
A pouch includes two sheets placed one upon another, a seal, and a non-sealed portion. The seal includes a first seal portion and a second seal portion. The first seal portion extends along an edge of the two sheets. The second seal portion is depressed toward the accommodation cavity. The second seal portion includes a distal end portion and a connection portion. The distal end portion is configured to be ripped by stress concentration that occurs when steam generated from the contents raises pressure of the accommodation cavity. The connection portion is configured to connect the distal end portion and the first seal portion. The connection portion includes a ripping restriction portion configured to restrict ripping of the second seal portion that progresses from the distal end portion toward the first seal portion.
METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF AT LEAST ONE AROMA PROTECTION VALVE, AND AROMA PROTECTION VALVE
A method for producing at least one, in particular external, aroma protection valve for a packaging container, having a basic element and having a valve membrane which is connected at least in sections to the basic element in a joining process by an energy input, the basic element and the valve membrane being connected to each other without an adhesive in the joining process. The basic element and the valve membrane (14a) are connected at least in sections in the joining process by ultrasonic welding, wherein the basic element and the valve membrane are connected to each other in the joining process on a base element, in particular a film web, which is provided for handling and/or stabilizing the basic element and/or the valve membrane during the joining process.
VACCUM CANISTER
A vacuum canister includes a canister body and a cover body, wherein the cover body has a cover seat with an opening facing upwards, a through rod is disposed on a bottom wall of the cover seat, a valve seat is disposed at a lower opening end of the through rod, and a check valve is disposed on the valve seat. The cover seat is provided with an air extracting device including an inner barrel and an outer barrel. An opening end of the outer barrel is sleeved on the inner barrel. A through hole is axially opened in the inner barrel. The through rod passes through the through hole. The air extracting device includes a pressing handle sleeved on the outer barrel, wherein a lower end of the pressing handle abuts the push block. A limiting block is disposed on an outer circumferential wall of the pressing handle.
MOISTURE-PROOF STORAGE CAN
The present invention includes an inner holder, an outer can, a first check valve and a second check valve. The inner holder includes a storage space. The outer can includes a slidable variable space for the inner holder to slide therein and an air channel for the slidable variable space to communicate with an exterior. The inner holder includes an air hole for the storage space to communicate with the slidable variable space. The first check valve is provided on the air hole and has an airflow direction towards the slidable variable space. The second check valve is provided on the air channel and has an airflow direction towards the exterior. The outer can is slidably moved outwards relative to the inner holder to suck out the air in the storage space and then slidably moved inwards relative to the inner holder to discharge air to the exterior.
DEGASSING VALVE WITH POSITIVE-PRESSURE CONTROL, METHODS FOR PRODUCING SAME AND PACKETS CONTAINING SAME
The present invention relates to a one-way multilayer degassing valve, with positive-pressure control, which comprises one or more layers of a base substrate, one or more layers of a stretchable film and one or more layers of a filtering material. The invention also relates to packages comprising these valves and to a method for producing the same.
PRESSURE EQUALIZATION APPARATUS FOR A BOTTLE AND METHODS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH
A device that assists with equalizing air pressure within a bottle with the atmospheric air pressure as liquid is being poured from the bottle and includes one or more relatively short air tubes. The air tubes are situated with an upper inlet rim of the air tubes located flush with or relatively near the bottle rim. Whether an insert or integrated into the manufacture of a container, the one or more air tubes that extend partially into the container allow air to pass into the container as the liquid exits the container. The pressure equalizer not only minimizes or prevents the common glugging effect, but it allows liquid from a bottle to be poured smoothly at any angle and orientation. A cap incorporating a detachable pressure equalizer is also described.
COOKING CONTAINER HAVING STEAM DISCHARGE PORTION
The present disclosure relates to a cooking container having a steam discharge portion, wherein a lid film attached on the steam container does not need to be opened when seal-packed food is heated and cooked by using a microwave oven, and a uniform pressure can be maintained during heating and cooking so that cooking quality of the corresponding content can be improved.
RECLOSABLE LID FOR A FOOD OR BEVERAGE CONTAINER AND HAVING A VACUUM OR PRESSURE RELEASE BUTTON
A sheet metal lid has a rim portion removably secured and sealed to a container and the lid includes a vent button having a top wall portion surrounded by a side wall portion and an outwardly projecting flange portion. The flange portion of the button has a short arcuate score or shear line extending substantially into the sheet metal, and additional score lines extend into the flange portion at lesser depths to protect a coating on the inner surface of the lid. A resilient sealant material may be bonded to the inner surface of the vent button, and the opposing sheet metal portions of the score line form a small gap for releasing a vacuum or pressure from the container in response to a controlled downward pressure on the top wall portion of the vent button.
