Child-resistant blister package

A child-resistant blister package. The package has a top face, a bottom face, and a periphery. The package also has a protection layer with a top face, a bottom face and a periphery; a blister layer with one or more cavities; and an access layer with a top face, a bottom face, and a periphery. The bottom face of the access layer has a line of weakness that allows the unit dose to be removed from the cavity in one-step by applying a force to the top of the cavity and pressing the unit dose through the line of weakness. The bottom face of the protection layer and the top face of the access layer are permanently joined along substantially the entire periphery of the package. The blister package can also contain a tear resistant layer.

ZIPPER CHILD DETERRENT CLOSURE WITH THREE WEB/FLANGE DESIGN
20180312302 · 2018-11-01 ·

This disclosure pertains to a child deterrent closure with multiple interlocking elements on each zipper profile. The lower interlocking element of one of the profiles includes an interior flange which is unsealed thereby causing opening forces on that profile to be directed to a lower seal rather than to the lower interlocked elements. The interior flange must be moved to expose the lower interlocked elements and to direct opening forces to the lower interlocked elements.

Secure Pill Container
20180303709 · 2018-10-25 ·

The present invention provides a secure pharmaceutical container. The secure container includes a plurality of compartments for storing pills, tablets, solutions, pastes, creams, ointments, gels, emulsions, or any other pharmaceutical product. The compartments each include a locking mechanism that is operably connected to a biometric system, such as a fingerprint scanner. The compartments become unlocked upon the fingerprint scanner reading an approved fingerprint, ensuring that only individuals approved to have access to the container are granted access.

A sachet (10) for containing solid tablets (30) having a cavity (11) with an outlet tunnel (20) a long which a tablet (30) can be moved in an outward direction, the outlet tunnel (20) comprising sequential sections (20A, 20B) in the outward direction aligned at a non-180 angle to each other, and the cavity (20) contains at least one solid tablet (30) which can be urged into the inlet opening (21), along the outlet tunnel and out through the outlet opening (22). The angled sections of the outlet tunnel impart child-resistance to the sachet.

CHILD-PROOF CONTAINER AND PROCESS OF MAKING THE SAME
20240351738 · 2024-10-24 ·

A child-proof container including a storage for housing a product and a closure system that defines a closure condition and an open condition of the container. The container has a first coupling portion carried by the closure system and a second coupling portion carried by the storage which cooperates with the first coupling portion to define a locking condition where the first and second coupling portions prevent the closure system from switching from the closure condition to the open condition.

Beverage cartridge containing pharmaceutical actives

A child-resistant cartridge adapted to be used with an automatic brewing machine. The cartridge has a base and a lidding. The base can contain a pharmaceutical active. The lidding can be a multilayer laminate with an outer layer and an inner layer. The cartridge can be made out of tear resistant materials that are sufficient to prevent 70% of children from accessing the contents of three or more cartridges during a Child-Resistant Screening Test.

CHILD-RESISTANT CONTAINER FOR TOBACCO-CONTAINING PRODUCTS

The present disclosure relates to child resistant containers and methods of making same for products made or derived from tobacco, or that otherwise incorporate tobacco, and are intended for human consumption.

Side press-type safety cap

The invention disclosed herein relates to a side press safety cap, wherein when an outer cap is rotated to opening direction with sides of the outer cap pressurized, a first rotation protrusion of an outer cap is interlocked with open guide protrusions of an inner cap, rotating the inner cap, and thereby an inner cap is opened. On the other hand, when the outer cap is rotated to closing direction, a second rotation protrusion is interlocked with close guide protrusions, rotating the inner cap and thereby the inner cap is closed. As a result, the side press safety cap is possible to be opened and closed stably.

LOCKING PACKAGING CONTAINER

The technology disclosed herein includes a storage apparatus comprising an inner sleeve, including a first tab including memory-inducing laminated material, a second tab including memory-inducing laminated material, and an inner sleeve storage compartment; and an outer sleeve encompassing the inner sleeve when the storage apparatus is locked, and including a first aperture for receiving the first tab in a first locking mechanism, and a second aperture for receiving the second tab in a second locking mechanism.

SQUEEZE BOTTLE DISPENSER WITH SAFETY CONTROL
20240409281 · 2024-12-12 ·

A squeeze bottle dispenser having a squeezable liquid reservoir, and a discharge head with a discharge opening. The squeeze bottle dispenser has a protective sleeve captively connected to the liquid reservoir and which, with respect to a main axis, is displaceable relative to the liquid reservoir between a protection position and a release position. In the protection position, the protective sleeve prevents or impedes manual application of force to the liquid reservoir and therefore the discharge of liquid. In the release position, the protective sleeve does not prevent or impede manual application of force to the liquid reservoir and thus permits the discharge of liquid.
