PEDIATRIC DOSING DISPENSER
A package that is configured to store and dispense fluids. The package includes a container and a dosing dispenser for closing an opening to the container. The dosing dispenser includes a closure removably coupled to the container and an anti-suction valve fixed to the container that is configured to minimize formation of a complete seal between a user's mouth and an upper surface of the anti-suction valve so that sufficient suction to remove fluid from the container is blocked.
Child-resistant containers having spinning collar cap assemblies and methods for the manufacture thereof
Child-resistant containers or packages having spinning collar cap assemblies are provided, as are methods for manufacturing such containers. In various embodiments, the child-resistant container includes a container body having an inner cavity, an opening to the inner cavity, and a container neck circumscribing the opening. A spinning collar is retained around the container neck and is rotatable relative thereto in at least a first rotational direction. The child-resistant container further includes an overcap, which is sized and shaped to enclose the opening when attached to the spinning collar. Through the provision of a suitable threaded interface the overcap can be (i) detached from the spinning collar by rotation of the overcap relative to the spinning collar in the first rotational direction and (ii) removably attached to the spinning collar by rotation of the overcap relative to the spinning collar in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction.
CHILD-RESISTANT PACKAGING
A package has a first side coupled to a second side to form a space for storing material therebetween, the space having a re-sealable proximal end and a distal end. The first side has a plurality of layers, the plurality of layers selected from the group consisting of selected from the group consisting of OPP (oriented polypropylene film), KRAFT paper, VMPET (vacuum metallized polyester film), PE (polyethylene plastic), and PET (polyethylene terephthalate). The re-sealable proximal end has a tear strip and a zipper engagement, the zipper engagement distal of the tear strip. The tear strip is configured to be torn off to expose the zipper engagement. The zipper engagement is re-sealable.
Child-resistant container assembly
A container assembly includes an outer sleeve, a slide-out tray and a pop-up carton. The first and second sides of the outer sleeve have at least a double thickness adjacent to first and second outer sleeve apertures formed therein. The slide-out tray includes a first side with a minor first side flap folded thereon and a second side with a minor second side flap folded thereon. The slide-out tray is received in the outer sleeve. The pop-up carton is attached to the slide-out tray and located within the slide-out tray in a first position. The slide-out tray initially moves with respect to the outer sleeve by contacting the first and second side flaps via respective first and second outer sleeve apertures and the slide-out tray via a third outer sleeve aperture. The pop-up carton is moved within the slide-out tray to a position extending from the slide-out tray.
CONTAINER WITH CONVEX LENS
A container includes a convex lens. The container can be comprised of glass, plastic or a combination of glass and plastic. The lens can be formed with or fixed to a base of a container, embedded within the base of the container or molded within the base of the container. The properties of the lens depend on the height of the container, which determines the focal length for proper magnification. In an embodiment, the lens is substantially flat on one side while in another embodiment the lens can be curved on both sides. In an embodiment, the container can maintain a flat base with a natural curvature on the edges that enhance magnification or the visibility of an object arranged in the container.
CHILD-RESISTANT SEALING POUCH
A child-resistant sealing pouch is provided. The sealing pouch includes a pouch body and a seal bar provided at a top of the pouch body, where two ends of the seal bar are fixed on two sides of the pouch body; the seal bar includes a first closing piece and a second closing piece; the first closing piece and the second closing piece are respectively provided with a first locking piece and a second locking piece which are buckled for sealing; an upper side of the first closing piece is provided with a first upper extension piece; the first upper extension piece is thermally connected to one inner side of the pouch body; an upper side of the second closing piece is provided with a second upper extension piece, and a lower side of the second closing piece is provided with a second lower extension piece.
CANNABINOID-CONTAINING PRODUCTS, CONTAINERS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
A dosage device that includes a cannabinoid-containing substance enables controlled addition of the cannabinoid-containing substance to a liquid to produce a cannabinoid-containing liquid for ingestion. In an embodiment, such a dosage device is provided with a container that has a container body holding a liquid and a cover to seal the container body. A dosage device may also or instead be provided with a cover that includes a coupling structure to releasably couple the cover to a liquid container and a seal to seal the container. Other embodiments, including methods of use of a container, methods that involve providing a cannabinoid-containing substance and adding the cannabinoid-containing substance to a cover, and product packages that include multiple covers, are also disclosed.
MEDICINE CONTAINER, METHOD OF ASSEMBLING THE CONTAINER, AND METHOD OF DISPENSING THE MEDICINE FROM THE CONTAINER
A child-resistant medication container assembly that includes a blister card including a plurality of compartments each configured to support a dosage of medication, and a puck including a body portion, a recess that defines a partition wall in the body portion, and a plurality of openings defined in the partition wall. Each opening corresponds to one of the plurality of compartments in the blister card. The assembly further includes a carton including a first wall opposite a second wall. An access opening is defined in the first wall and a plurality of perforations are defined in the second wall. The access opening is sized to provide access to the plurality of compartments, and each perforation corresponds to one of the plurality of compartments in the blister card.
CONTAINER WITH POD AND OUTER SLEEVE
There is described a container for storing a product. The container includes a sleeve having a base at a lower end of the sleeve, and one or more sidewalls extending from the base and defining an open upper end of the sleeve. The container further includes a pod partially inserted into the sleeve through the open upper end of the sleeve. The pod has a receptacle for holding the product, a neck defining an opening into the receptacle, a lid engageable with the neck for closing the opening, and a shoulder at least partially overlapping the one or more sidewalls.
