A method of using emulsifiers in association with vegetable oleins in an animal feed. In particular, the present invention relates to a method of using emulsifiers E484 and/or E487 (Community Register of Feed Additives—EU Reg. No. 1831/2003) in association with vegetable oleins as a technological additive for increasing the hourly output (tons/hour) in a plant for preparing an animal feed and/or to improve the characteristics of an animal feed, preferably in the form of pellets, and/or to reduce the dustiness of the same. Furthermore, the present invention relates to an animal feed and a process for preparing the same wherein said emulsifiers are used in association with said vegetable oleins with the function of a technological additive.

Method of making animal feeds from whole stillage
A method of and system for making at least four types of animal feed products for various types of animals to maximize and use all of the components found in the whole stillage in an alcohol producing plant. The method includes liquefying, fermenting, distilling, performing a selective particle size separating into three streams, wherein the three streams contain a first stream of a large particle stream that is used to form a first animal feed suitable for ruminant animals, a second stream of a coarse protein stream that is used to form a second animal feed suitable for chicken and pigs, and a third stream of a fine particle stream that is used to form a third animal feed suitable for fish and pet. The third stream is further concentrated and enriched to have a syrup with 35%-80% of dry solid.

PRODUCTION PROCESS OF FERTILIZER COMPOSITION FROM ANIMAL BLOOD WITH HIGH LEVELS OF ORGANIC CARBON AND FREE NATURAL AMINO ACIDS, PRODUCT OBTAINED AND USE
The present invention is located in the field of industrial biotechnology and sustainable agriculture, referring to a process of renewable origin for the production of fertilizer from by-products of animal origin, with an innovative raw material, animal blood in natura. The invention aims at the use of raw materials such as animal blood, both in natura form and in the form of blood meal, also considering a synergistic mixture of blood meal with in natura blood, to obtain fertilizers with innovative characteristics. The synergy promoted by the stages of the developed process, combined with the qualities of the selected raw materials, promoted the development of products with high levels of free natural amino acids, total organic carbon and organic matter. The developed fertilizer product can be applied in liquid form, as a liquid fertilizer, both in soil and in foliar form, as well as in solid form, after the introduction of a drying step at the end of processing. The product adds, depending on the chemical composition obtained, both fertilizer and soil conditioning agent characteristics. The invention results in sustainable products with high added value.
