Drawstring trash bag
The present invention is directed to a drawstring bag comprising a first panel and a second panel. The first panel and the second panel are joined along a first side, a bottom, and a second side. The first panel and the second panel thereby define an upper opening of the bag. The drawstring bag may further comprise a wave shaped drawstring disposed within a first hem along the upper opening of the bag in the first panel and a second wave shaped drawstring disposed within a second hem along the upper opening of the bag in the second panel. Each of the wave shaped drawstrings may be out stretched prior to insertion into the corresponding hem to narrow the upper opening of the bag to provide for the bag gripping the openings of trash containers.
WEARABLE REFUSE COLLECTION RECEPTACLE
A wearable litter receptacle comprises a container defining an interior volume and having a litter-receiving opening that opens into the interior volume, shoulder straps coupled to the container whereby the receptacle can be worn as a backpack, and a lid, wherein the lid is hinged to the container adjacent the shoulder straps so that the lid can pivot between an open position in which the opening of the container is exposed, and a closed position in which the lid covers the opening. At least one pull is coupled to the lid and adapted to move the lid from the closed position to the open position by pulling upon the pull. When the container is worn by a user with the lid in the open position, the lid forms a shield to protect the back of the user's head.
APPARATUS FOR COLLECTING CONTAINER
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a container collecting apparatus is provided. The container collecting apparatus includes: a container input unit for at least temporarily accommodating a container inserted; and a collection unit provided below the container input unit to collect the container transferred from the container input unit, wherein the container input unit includes: a holding unit on which the container is seated; an opening penetratively formed at one side of the holding unit to transfer the container to the collection unit; and a transfer unit provided with a transfer plate for transferring the container put on the holding unit to the opening by moving from the opposite side of the holding unit toward the opening.
A Refuse Receptacle
A refuse receptacle 10 comprising a plurality of wall panels 11, 12 joined to each other about a plurality of hinged joint arrangements 13. The refuse receptacle 10 comprises a first configuration being a generally planar storage configuration, and a second configuration, wherein the wall panels 11 are positionable relative to each other to form a receptacle having a refuse accepting space 14 defined by said plurality of wall panels 11. Advantageously, the refuse receptacle 10 can be quickly deployed for use from the first configuration to the second configuration, and returned to the first configuration for storage when use is complete.
Ventilated Trash Bag Device
The present invention relates to a ventilated trash bag device that eliminates excess air within the device when installed within a trash receptacle. The device has at least one ventilation hole and/or ventilation tab that is preferably positioned near an opening of the device. The hole and/or tab allows excess air to leave the body of the device while it is being installed within a trash receptacle.
Disposable sheath for oil filter removal and containment
A disposable oil filter containment sheath is provided for use during oil changes for combustion engines. The sheath has a closed bottom, a cylindrical sidewall, and an open top. The resilient sheath is rolled to an initial collapsed position for placement on the bottom of an oil filter mounted on the engine, and it is partially unrolled along the filter. The filter can then be loosened to allow oil to drain into the sheath for capturing a reservoir. After the filter is removed from the engine, the sheath is completely unrolled and tied at the top so as to fully enclose and contain the oil filter and oil. The sheath and its contents are then ready for disposal.
Lawn bag and accessory
The lawn bag generally comprises a bag bottom, bag sides, and left-side and right-side flaps, each foldingly connected to one of the bag sides. The left-side and right-side flaps are each moveable from stowed positions to extended positions. The flaps in the stowed position may be positioned flat against the respective sides to which they are attached. The left-side flap and the right-side flap, when in the extended position, extends to the left and right of the bag, respectively, and are generally coplanar with a bag front side.
Cassette for dispensing pleated tubing
A cassette to dispense a pleated tubing. The cassette includes a circular body having an annular channel housing with a central cylindrical core. At least one wall has an upper end with a lip disposed thereon. An annular cover is attached to the lip at the upper end defining a gap over the annular body. A tubing is disposed within the annular channel housing and withdrawn from the gap. At least one of a plurality of apertures is provided at a lower end of the annular channel housing. The apertures have reinforced walls. The apertures are adapted to be aligned with a projection extending upward from within a container.
WASTE CHUTE DEVICES AND METHODS FOR USING THE SAME
Waste chute devices and methods for using the same are provided. In some embodiments, a method for operating waste chutes comprises: receiving, using a hardware processor of a waste chute device, an identity associated with a user of the waste chute device; in response to receiving the identity associated with the user, allowing, using the hardware processor, a door of the waste chute device to be opened; determining, using the hardware processor, a number of items and at least one type associated with the items that have been placed in an opening of the waste chute device; determining, using the hardware processor, that the door of the waste chute device has been closed; updating, using the hardware processor, information associated with the user based on the number of items and the at least one type of items that have been placed in the opening of the waste chute device; and providing, using the hardware processor, the user with the updated information.
Personal hygiene product disposal apparatus
A personal hygiene product disposal apparatus for sealing personal hygiene products in a sanitary manner includes a housing having a housing inside. A plurality of doors is coupled to the housing and comprises a first door coupled to a first aperture extending through the housing front side, a second door coupled to a second aperture extending through the housing front side, and a third door coupled to a third aperture extending through the housing front side. A bag dispenser is coupled within the housing inside adjacent the first aperture. The bag dispenser has a waste bag accessible through the bag slot and is configured to receive a personal hygiene product. A bag sealer is coupled within the housing inside adjacent the second aperture. A cutter is coupled within the housing inside adjacent the third aperture. The cutter separates the sealed portion of the waste bag for removal from the apparatus.
