Trash collection management systems and methods
The disclosure generally pertains to systems and methods for trash collection management. In an example embodiment, a dumpster monitoring apparatus may determine that an amount of garbage in a dumpster exceeds a threshold level (such as, for example, above a full-level marked on the dumpster). If the garbage exceeds the threshold level, the dumpster monitoring apparatus automatically transmits a request to a dumpster management apparatus to dispatch a garbage truck. In an example scenario, the dumpster monitoring apparatus may further determine that a current location of the dumpster is stationed is inaccessible to the garbage truck. Consequently, the dumpster monitoring apparatus may automatically transmit a request to a robot vehicle (such as robotic forklift) to move the dumpster from the current location to a new location that is accessible to the garbage truck. The dumpster monitoring apparatus may then inform the dumpster management apparatus of the new location.
Device for preventing small items from falling between several objects
An angled plastic device is placed between two stationary objects to prevent small items from reaching the floor. The device does not cover the gap but allows the small objects and debris to fall directly into a trap. This allows for easy cleaning. The device also results in a more aesthetically appealing environment, as the device is not visible on the smooth services of the appliances or stationary objects surrounding the device.
Apparatus for processing material, and waste container/separating device
Apparatus for processing material in a pneumatic material conveying system, which apparatus includes a waste container/separating device, into which material is configured to be conducted from a conveying pipe of the pneumatic material conveying system via an inlet aperture and which is configured to be connected to a device for achieving a partial vacuum. The apparatus further includes a press device/compactor device, which is arranged to act on the material (w) conducted into the waste container/separating device, via at least one aperture formed in the container, and that at least one wall that is transverse with respect to the input direction of the material is arranged in the container space of the waste container/separating device, which wall is configured to guide the material into the operating range in the container space of the compression device of the press device/compactor device. A waste container/separating device is provided.
Apparatus for handling material, and waste container/separating device
Apparatus for handling material in connection with a pneumatic material conveying system, which apparatus comprises a waste container/separating device (50), into which material is adapted to be conducted from a conveying pipe (100) of the pneumatic material conveying system via an input aperture (55) and which is adapted to be connected to means for achieving a partial vacuum. The apparatus further comprises a press device/compactor device (70), which is arranged to act on the material (w) conducted into the waste container/separating device (50), via at least one aperture (69) formed in the container, and that at least one wall (60) that is transverse with respect to the input direction of the material is arranged in the container space (68) of the waste container/separating device (50), and that at least one aperture (600) is arranged or formed in the wall (60), which aperture is fitted in the wall (60) on the path of travel (P) of the material (w) being fed in via the input aperture (55), which wall (60) is adapted to control or limit the movement of material in the container space (68). The invention also relates to a waste container/separating device.
Method and apparatus for feeding in and handling waste material
Method for feeding in and for handling waste material in the channel section of a pneumatic wastes conveying system, in which method waste material or recycleable material is fed into a feed-in container (10) from the input aperture (2) of at least two input points (1) of a pneumatic pipe transport system for material and onwards into the channel section (20, 21, 22) between the feed-in container and the material conveying pipe (100), from where the material is conveyed along with the transporting air via the material conveying pipe (100) to the delivery end of the pneumatic material conveying system, where the material is separated from the transporting air. In the method the channel section (20(II), 20(III), 20(IV) . . . (22(II), (22(III), 22(IV)) of at least one second input point is connected to the channel section (20(I), 21(I), 22(I)) of one first input point between the input point (1) and an impeding means (30, 30), in that in the method at least a part of the material (w1, w2, w3, w4) fed in is acted upon by the combined effect of suction and replacement air in the channel section (20(I), 21(I), 22(I) . . . (20(IV), 21(IV), 22(IV)) by bringing about compression in size in at least a part of the material (w1, w2, w3, w4) being conveyed, by means of an impediment (30) arranged between the conveying pipe (100) and the material (w1, w2, w3, w4) to be handled, or against the impediment, before transportation of the material to the delivery end of the pneumatic transport system for wastes.
METHOD FOR CONVEYING MATERIAL AND MATERIAL CONVEYING ARRANGEMENT
An arrangement for a pneumatic material conveying system comprising a first material conveying system. The arrangement comprises a second material conveying arrangement comprising at least one second input point (200) for feeding a second material (M), a second separator device (10), a second conveying pipe (102) between the at least one second: point (200) and the second separator device (10), which second separator device (10) is operatively connectable into medium communication with a conveying pipe (100) of the first material conveying system along the pipe, in order to connect a suction or a pressure difference acting in the first pipeline (100) to act via the second separator device (10) in the second conveying pipe (201) to convey the second material (M) from the second input point (200) in the second conveying pipe (201) to the second separator device (10) configured to separate the second material (M) from transporting air flow, and to collect the material (M) into a collection container (11) of the second separator device (10).
METHODS OF MATRIX ASSISTED INTELLIGENT RECYCLING CHUTE SELECTOR DEVICES
This description relates to garbage chutes and more particularly to recycling of waste management utilizing intelligent software and computer hardware along with mechanical hardware to implement protocols to properly separate recycled waste into corresponding waste receptacles. Each deposit is logged into a database where software management of analytics aids in the proper management of disposal of waste and timing of separation of recyclable goods creating a more efficient recycling management system.
WIND SCAVENGER
A wind scavenger including a frame, a litter collection unit, a lower gear-wheel assembly, an upper gear-wheel assembly, a net element, and a fan system is provided. The litter collection unit is attached to a base member of the frame. The litter collection unit includes a receptacle for collecting litter. The net element includes flexibly jointed plates for catching the litter blown by wind. The fan system is connected to the upper gear-wheel assembly via a power transmission system. The fan system, in communication with the wind, rotates the upper gear-wheel assembly and in turn rotates the net element around the upper gear-wheel assembly and the lower gear-wheel assembly and vice versa. The rotation of the net element from the upper gear-wheel assembly to the lower gear-wheel assembly conveys the litter caught by the flexibly jointed plates of the net element into the receptacle of the litter collection unit.
