A lactone compound is represented by general formula (A), and an ether compound is represented by general formula (B). In formula (A), R is a hydrogen atom or R1. When R is a hydrogen atom, R is R1, the carbon bond (1) is a single bond or a double bond, and the carbon bond (2) is a single bond. When R is R1, R is a hydrogen atom or R1, both the carbon bonds (1) and (2) are a single bond, or one of them is a double bond and the other is a single bond. In formula (B), R is R1. The invention provides a composition comprising cannabidiol or a cannabis extract, and caffein. The mass percentage of the cannabidiol in the cannabis extract is 10%-99%. A mass ratio of the cannabidiol to the caffein in the composition is (1-100):60. The composition can be a food composition or a pharmaceutical composition. The cannabidiol or the cannabis extract can prevent and/or ameliorate adverse reactions induced by the caffeine, and in particular, prevent and/or ameliorate anxiety behaviors induced by the caffeine.

An automatic smoothie machine having three vertical heating plates arranged in a sequential parallel manner creating a pair of food cartridge cavities. The two outer heating plates are movable and the middle heating plate is stationary. The two outer heating plates configured to provide cyclic pressure to the pair of food cartridge. Each of the pair of food cartridges are maintained within each of the pair of food cartridge cavities in a manner to allow the pre-cut dispensing end to be arranged along a bottom portion of each of the pair of food cartridge cavities in order to allow the volume of food matter to be ejected downwards. At least one sensor configured to detect dispensing of the volume of food matter and terminate the operation of the automatic smoothie machine.
