The cover may be attached to a first upper end of the flexible sheet, while the base may be attached to a second lower end of the flexible sheet. The cover may have a flap pivotably attached thereto, such that the flap is adapted to pivot between an open position and a closed position. The cover may further have an opening and an odor barrier disposed in the opening.

A waste disposal container of smaller shipping profile is disclosed with an inner rotating support structure and an outer casing, where the inner rotating support structure and/or the outer casing may be shipped in separable parts and reassembled by the end consumer. The inner rotating support structure also may offer at least one bag attachment points to hold on to the body of the bag where the bag attachment points are designed to be lower to accommodate collection of cat litter.

A method of forming a bag stand including the steps of: bending a first subpanel along a hinge from a flattened arrangement, the first subpanel including a plurality of side panels and a connection mechanism, each of the plurality of side panels including a left end and a right end, the hinge positioned between a first side panel of the plurality of side panels and an adjacent second side panel of the plurality of side panels; and connecting the first subpanel to a second subpanel by the connection mechanism.

A refuse bag roll comprises a plurality of refuse bags (10.sup.IV) which have at least two refuse bag areas (16.sup.IV-1, 16.sup.IV-2, 16.sup.IV-3 and 16.sup.IV-4), which may be filled from a common side (filling opening), and which are each separable from the refuse bag non-destructively, so that the refuse bag areas (16.sup.IV-1, 16.sup.IV-2, 16.sup.IV-3 and 16.sup.IV-4) each form separate refuse bags after separation from the refuse bag.
