The transition adaptor includes a box piece 30 that has an inner end and an outer end 32 having a rectangular sectional shape, wherein the inner end of the crown piece mates with the inner end of the box piece. The box piece is formed by a first box half and a second box half 42, wherein each box half 40 is formed from a flat piece of metal and is formed by bending the box half 40 about bend lines.

Waste chute devices and methods for using the same

Waste chute devices and methods for using the same are provided. In some embodiments, a method for operating waste chutes comprises: receiving, using a hardware processor of a waste chute device, an identity associated with a user of the waste chute device; in response to receiving the identity associated with the user, allowing, using the hardware processor, a door of the waste chute device to be opened; determining, using the hardware processor, a number of items and at least one type associated with the items that have been placed in an opening of the waste chute device; determining, using the hardware processor, that the door of the waste chute device has been closed; updating, using the hardware processor, information associated with the user based on the number of items and the at least one type of items that have been placed in the opening of the waste chute device; and providing, using the hardware processor, the user with the updated information.

ARTICLE DISCHARGE SYSTEM
20200398314 · 2020-12-24 · ·

Providing an article discharge system that can be made compact. The article discharge system pulls out some articles from an article group and discharges them. The article discharge system includes a placement unit in which the article group is placed, plural grippers 30, a movable member 20, a robot 10 that moves the movable member, weight acquisition units 40, and a control unit. The plural grippers grip, with gripping member 32, the articles. The plural grippers are attached to the movable member. The weight acquisition units acquire weight values of the articles that each of the grippers grips. The control unit moves the movable member, brings the plural grippers closer to the placement unit, causes the plural grippers to grip some of the articles of the article group placed in the placement unit, and, based on the result of a combination calculation using the weight values of the articles that each of the grippers grips and which the weight acquisition units have acquired, causes predetermined grippers among the plural grippers to release the articles and thereby discharge the articles.

BULK MATERIAL SHIPPING CONTAINER UNLOADER APPARATUS

A bulk material shipping container unloader apparatus having a plurality of unloaders and shared triple redundant power and control assembly.

CONVEYOR WITH INTEGRATED DUST COLLECTOR SYSTEM

A system is disclosed for conveying proppant from a container to fracking operation equipment. The system includes a proppant delivery assembly having a frame supporting the container adjacent a proppant mover having a conveyor, a shroud enclosing a portion of the conveyor, a proppant chamber coupled to the shroud and a chute coupled to the proppant chamber. The system also includes a dust collection assembly fluidly coupled to the proppant mover to collect the dust particles contained therein. The dust collection assembly includes an air mover, a hood with a dust receptacle, and ductwork coupling the air mover to the dust receptacle. An air flow is generated along a flow path through the dust receptacle and the ductwork to the air mover such that a suction pressure generated by the air mover is sufficient to only capture and remove the dust particles, thus reducing a risk of capturing the proppant.

A chute includes at least one wall defining a conveying surface, and an abrasion resistant wear liner being attached the at least one wall to cover at least part of the conveying surface. The wall includes one or more apertures therein, which are covered by the abrasion resistant wear liner when attached to the at least one wall, whereby the one or more apertures expose at least a portion of the wear liner to an exterior of the chute.

Conveyor with integrated dust collector system

Embodiments of the present disclosure a system for capturing proppant dust particles when positioned at a fracking operation site including a proppant delivery assembly to receive one or more containers having proppant stored therein. The system dispenses the proppant from the one or more containers and delivers the proppant to other fracking operation equipment. Moreover, the system includes a dust collection assembly positioned proximate and associated with the proppant delivery assembly to capture dust particles released by movement and settling of the proppant when being dispensed and delivered by the proppant delivery assembly. The dust collection assembly is positioned to direct an air flow in a flow path overlying the dust particles to capture the dust particles and move the dust particles away from the proppant thereby reducing risk of dust exposure to fracking operation site personnel.
