METHOD FOR BONDING LARGE MODULES, AND BONDING ARRANGEMENT
20190283163 · 2019-09-19 · ·

A method for bonding large modules with the following steps, a large module is fed to a bonder from behind in a loading plane by means of a feeder unit. The large module is passed from the feeder unit to a first transverse conveyor unit, and is brought by the same to a first buffer position provided in the bonder, wherein the first buffer position is provided in a loading plane of the bonder. The large module is brought from the first buffer position into a first receiving position in the loading plane via the first transverse conveyor unit and is passed there to a vertical conveyor unit.

Chain fault diagnosis system and method for scraper conveyor

A chain fault diagnosis system and a chain fault diagnosis method for a scraper conveyor are provided. The diagnosis system includes a strain rosette attached on a top end surface of each sprocket tooth of the scraper conveyor. The strain rosette is connected to a signal gathering unit fixed on a scraper conveyor roller through a shielded conductor, the signal gathering unit sends a gathered signal to a wireless receiving device by means of wireless transmission, and the wireless receiving device transmits the gathered signal obtained thereby to an industrial control computer through a USB interface. The diagnosis method includes the following three steps: chain dislocation/skip fault judgment, chain breakage fault judgment and chain seizure fault judgment. A comprehensive monitoring of the chain state of the scraper conveyor is performed by measuring strain magnitudes in different directions of the sprocket tooth in real-time, transmitting the gathered signal to the industrial control computer via a wireless transmission method and dynamically diagnosing the faults of seizure, dislocation, skip and breakage of the scraper conveyor chain based on the obtained strain data.

A portable adjustable conveyor for use with a power tool for cutting a work piece. The portable adjustable conveyor has a one piece frame formed from a base plate integrally connected to first and second guide plates. Each guide plate has first, second and third groups of vertically aligned alignment holes oriented on a diagonal configuration to each other and spaced centrally in each guide plate. A removable roller engages between pairs of vertically aligned alignment holes in a first, second or third group of offset holes. The portable conveyer enables the power tool to process a work piece and reposition the work piece in less than 90 seconds repeatedly using different pairs of longitudinally aligned alignment holes with the removable roller as well as reduce static in the work place and increase lumens to the workpieces, all simultaneously.

Roller-guided conveying element and a conveying facility comprising such conveying elements
