POWERED WHEEL ASSEBMLY FOR AN AUGER ASSEMBLY
A powered wheel assembly for an auger assembly is provided. The wheel assembly comprises a power source support structure configured for attachment to the auger assembly and a power source for providing a rotational force to a weight-load supporting wheel of the auger assembly. Actuating the power source causes the weight-load supporting wheel of the auger assembly to rotate and displace the auger assembly when the power source support structure is attached to the auger assembly.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR A CONVEYOR LIFT ASSEMBLY
A conveyor lift assembly adapted for use on a conveyor assembly having a frame, and at least one main conveyor cylinder for moving the frame between a substantially horizontal position and an elevated position. The conveyor lift assembly includes a lower member disposed on the undercarriage of the conveyor assembly, an upper member adapted to be moved substantially vertically relative to the frame, and an actuator having a first end and a second end and being adapted to move between a retracted position and an extended position. The first end of the actuator is attached to the lower member and the second end is attached to the upper member, the actuator is adapted to move the upper member relative to the lower member, and the upper member is adapted contact the frame. A method for moving the frame between the substantially horizontal position and the elevated position.
AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT AND RAMP ATTACHMENT SYSTEM
An agricultural implement for mounting on a U-shaped foundation frame supported on wheels for travel over a ground surface where the foundation frame includes first and second laterally spaced mounting beams fixed to and extending from a base. The implement is configured to perform an agricultural operation, to rest on the ground surface when in an idle position, and to attach to the foundation frame when in an operating position. The implement comprises a rigid implement portion configured to be attached to the first and second mounting beams at first and second beam locations remote from the base such that the first and second mounting beams are prevented from moving laterally with respect to each other.
Automated unloading and loading robot system
A system includes a robot configured to load and/or unload from a location, such as a cargo carrier or building. The robot includes a base unit that has a transport system to move the base unit. A mast extends from the base unit, and the mast has a mast conveyor. An End of Arm Tool (EoAT) is coupled to the mast. The EoAT includes an EoAT conveyor configured to move a cargo item to and from the mast conveyor. A gripper mechanism is configured to move between a retracted position where the gripper mechanism is clear of the cargo item on the EoAT conveyor and an extended position where the gripper mechanism is able to grip the cargo item.
Slide mechanism for stacker
A system for eliminating the need to reposition a tracked/wheeled radial stacker during stacking operations is provided, the stacker having a linear conveyor having front and rear portions, the front and rear portions being displaceable between raised and lowered positions, a bogie having a pair of continuous tracks that are selectively elevated off the ground, a pair of wheels mounted to the bogie that are displaced upwardly and downwardly, the wheels defining axes that may be shifted to position the wheels in either a substantially radial or substantially longitudinal direction, and a hydraulic cylinder system mounted to the wheels for displacing the wheels upwardly to lower the tracks to the ground or downwardly to elevate the tracks off the ground. A pair of hydraulically driven, telescoping frame members may extend rearwardly from the bogie to a mounting system that mounts the frame members to the conveyor, the mounting system defining a longitudinally extending slot with a trolley slidably mounted to the slot, the telescoping frame members being mounted to the trolley at spaced mounting points so that by extending and retracting the frame members, the rear portion of the conveyor can be raised and lowered, thereby changing inclination of the conveyor, wherein the trolley moving longitudinally in the slot takes up longitudinal movement of the conveyor as the inclination of the conveyor is changed.
Alignment and connection mechanism for coupling frame members
A machine includes a frame having a first frame member selectively coupled to a second frame member. The machine also includes an alignment and connection assembly including a protrusion coupled to the first frame member. The protrusion is receivable within the second frame member to align the first frame member with the second frame member. The alignment and connection assembly also includes a fastener coupled to the protrusion. The fastener is operable to secure the first frame member relative to the second frame member.
Overhead conveying apparatus for mounting on the ceiling of an assembly plant
The invention relates to an overhead conveying device (01) for integration in an assembly plant in order to transport vehicle components (02) by means of a conveying device (03) arranged on the overhead conveying device (01), said overhead conveying device having at least one supporting framework (04), wherein the supporting framework (04) has a length of more than 5 m and a width of more than 2 m, and wherein the conveying device (03) can be mounted at the supporting framework (04), and wherein the supporting framework (04) and the conveying device (03) form a stiff conveying layer, in or at which the vehicle components (02) can be transported from an input point to an output point, and wherein the overhead conveying device (01) is mounted in suspended fashion, with the help of bearing means (13), on the ceiling structure (10) of the assembly plant, and wherein the suspended mounting of the overhead conveying device (01) on the ceiling structure (10) of the assembly plant gives rise to the formation, between the underside of the supporting framework (04) and the upper side of the floor of the assembly plant, of a free space (18), which is suitable for component assembly and/or for component transport purposes and in which it is possible to walk and/or drive, wherein the supporting framework (04) comprises frame elements (05) with a closed frame cross-section, wherein the component plane spanned in each instance by the frame element (05) extends substantially vertically upwards, and wherein the surface normal of the component plane spanned in each instance by the frame element (05) points in the conveying direction.
