Chain reconditioning devices and methods
A device is adapted to be coupled to a conveyor system and recondition at least one chain of the conveyor system. The device includes a base and at least one attachment element coupled to the base. The attachment element is adapted to detachably couple the device to the conveyor system. At least one reconditioning element is coupled to the base, and the reconditioning element is adapted to engage and recondition the chain as the chain moves relative to the reconditioning element. At least one biasing element is coupled to the reconditioning element, and the biasing element urges the reconditioning element away from the base and into engagement with the chain.

Conveyor belt scraping device
A conveyor belt scraping device comprises a support shaft and at least one scraping segment arranged on the support shaft. The scraping segment has a holding end and a scraping end which is located opposite the holding end. The conveyor belt scraping device also comprises at least one holding support which is arranged on a stationary mounting and in which the support shaft is rotatably mounted, at least one drive element of a stationary drive motor, the drive element being coupled to the support shaft so as to transfer a torque, and a controller for the drive motor. The scraping end of the scraping segment can be made to contact the conveyor belt or can be released from the conveyor belt by way of a corresponding actuation of the drive motor and a movement of the drive element.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool with a chip evacuation device according to the present invention is provided with a cleaning mechanism for cleaning a part or the whole of the chip evacuation device and a control unit configured to control respective operations of the chip evacuation device and the cleaning mechanism in association with each other. By using an electric motor, such as a synchronous motor capable of position control, as a power source for the chip evacuation device, the respective operations of the chip evacuation device and the cleaning mechanism can be associated with each other to effectively clean the chip evacuation device.

Vehicle conveyor assembly with heater
A conveyor system for moving a wheeled structure through a service line, the conveyor system including at least one endless belt mounted longitudinally through the service line. The belt has an upper transport portion for moving the vehicle through the service line, and a lower return portion with a support deck below the upper transport portion to support the belt. A debris deflector is mounted between the upper transport portion and the lower return portion to protect the lower return portion from debris falling through the support deck. A heater is mounted between the debris deflector and the support deck along at least a portion of the length of the service line. The debris deflector and the support deck define a region of higher heat concentration relative to an area below the debris deflector.
