CAGE CLEANING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a cleaning device comprising at least two corpus elements, the corpus element comprises two interconnected side surfaces, the two interconnected side surfaces comprise a cleaning part and a connecting part for connecting the at least two corpus elements, wherein the cleaning part comprises a curved structure extending from a first-side to a second-side of the cleaning part.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLEANING PNEUMATIC CONVEY LINES
A cleaning system for cleaning a pneumatic conveyance system used to transport particulate material. The pneumatic conveyance system includes a material-introduction device for introducing particulate material into a convey line, and a motive air source for generating an air flow to propel the particulate material through the convey line. The cleaning system comprises a projectile comprising a cleaning surface for cleaning an interior of the convey line as the projectile travels through the convey line, a launcher for injecting the projectile into the convey line, with the launcher being coupled with the convey line at a position upstream from the material-introduction device, and a catcher vessel for receiving the projectile upon said projectile exiting the convey line.
HYGIENIC HOLLOW FRAME ASSEMBLY
A cleanable frame and a method for making a cleanable frame having a simplified frame design. A hygienic conveyor frame assembly comprises a plurality of hollow tubular sections joined together to form an evacuated, sealed conveyor frame support structure that functions as a sterilization zone. An integral carryway is placed on the support structure. Lifters coupled to the conveyor frame can lift the carryway and conveyor belt for cleaning. Infeed and outfeed assemblies are also movable between operating and cleaning positions. A sensor can monitor the conditions of the frame interior to ensure that the vacuum is maintained and initiate a corrective action if the vacuum seal is breached.
Sensor, and monitoring system
A sensor and monitoring system that can prevent the accumulation of scraps of a transport object on the sensor are provided. A sensor 4 is located below a return-side portion 2a of a conveyor belt 2, and includes: a detector 40 that detects a detection object 3 embedded in the conveyor belt; and a cover 41 covering at least an upper part of the detector, wherein the cover has a downward surface 411 that extends continuously downward from a top part of the cover while extending outward in the horizontal direction.

A PRE-HYDROLYSIS PRESSURE VESSEL SYSTEM COMPRISING A CLEANING ARRANGEMENT
A pre-hydrolysis pressure vessel system includes; a material inlet for receiving biomass material to be treated in the pre-hydrolysis pressure vessel system and a material outlet for expelling treated biomass material out from the pre-hydrolysis pressure vessel system; a transport screw arrangement including a transport screw provided inside an enclosing housing of the transport screw arrangement, said transport screw being configured for transporting biomass material through the enclosing housing towards the material outlet of the pre-hydrolysis pressure vessel system. The enclosing housing includes a cleaning arrangement that includes: at least one elongated fluid channel positioned in connection with an inner wall of the enclosing housing and wherein said at least one elongated fluid channel comprises a number of fluid outlets, and at least one cleaning fluid inlet which is provided through the enclosing housing in fluid connection with the at least one fluid channel.
Diverting Pigs in a Pipeline or Piping System
A pig diverter comprises a hollow housing having a flowline inlet port, a flowline outlet port, a pig entry opening, and a pig exit opening, all communicating with the interior of the housing. A tubular pig holder enclosed by the housing is pivotable between a receiving position and a launching position. In the receiving position, the pig holder is aligned with the pig entry opening to receive a pig and effects fluid communication between the pig entry opening and the flowline outlet port. In the launching position, the pig holder is aligned with the pig exit opening to launch a pig and effects fluid communication between the flowline inlet port and the pig exit opening.
FLOWBACK TANK CLEANING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A flowback tank cleaning system and method is described. A flowback tank includes a self-cleaning system. A flowback tank cleaning method may include moving solid debris collected at a bottom of a collection section of a flowback tank towards a lift auger using a cleaning auger or a conveyer belt extending along a length of the collection section, the bottom of the collection section including an angled trough, funneling solid debris towards the cleaning auger or conveyor belt by placing the cleaning auger or conveyor belt at a base of the angled trough, spraying fluid downward through a series of fluid outlets, removing the sand so moved by the cleaning auger or conveyer belt from the flowback tank using the lift auger, and removing the fluid from the flowback tank using a drain manifold below the cleaning auger or conveyer belt.
Chain reconditioning devices and methods
A device is adapted to be coupled to a conveyor system and recondition at least one chain of the conveyor system. The device includes a base and at least one attachment element coupled to the base. The attachment element is adapted to detachably couple the device to the conveyor system. At least one reconditioning element is coupled to the base, and the reconditioning element is adapted to engage and recondition the chain as the chain moves relative to the reconditioning element. At least one biasing element is coupled to the reconditioning element, and the biasing element urges the reconditioning element away from the base and into engagement with the chain.
