A fluid removal system for removing fluid from a product stream is described herein. The fluid removal system comprises a table, a permeable conveyor to transport the product stream across a top surface of the table and a plenum disposed below the permeable conveyor to draw the fluid from the product stream through the permeable conveyor. At least one vibration inducing mechanism is mounted to the table to provide vibratory motion directly to the table and indirectly to the conveyor. The table is supported by oscillating mounts that provide oscillatory motion to the table.

An unloading device (10) for a product handling device, having a transfer plate (12) for transferring a plurality of rows arranged one after the other, each row having a plurality of treated products (14), onto a conveying apparatus (16) is characterized in that a suctioning section (18) having suction ports (20) for suctioning the products onto the suctioning section (18) is arranged between the transfer plate (12) and the conveying apparatus (16).

An unloading device (10) for a product handling device, having a transfer plate (12) for transferring a plurality of rows arranged one after the other, each row having a plurality of treated products (14), onto a conveying apparatus (16) is characterized in that a suctioning section (18) having suction ports (20) for suctioning the products onto the suctioning section (18) is arranged between the transfer plate (12) and the conveying apparatus (16).

An improved conveyor belt cleaning device and system is described. The conveyor belt cleaning device comprises a frame below a conveyor belt. A leaf spring system is mounted on the frame. At least one arm is mounted on the leaf spring system and a scraper blade is mounted on the arm and arranged to engage with the conveyor belt to remove material from the conveyor belt. Another embodiment improves flexibility and strength of the device and system using a stepped or bellowed portion in the leaf springs.

A conveyor pulley design incorporates a plow design that forces tramp material away from the belt and discharges material down and away from the belt, bearings, take-up assembly, maintenance equipment and personnel. The pulley uses a modular construction that allows for optimized manufacture and inventory processes and reduces the materials cost in the pulley

A cleanable conveyor frame and a method for making a cleanable frame having a simplified frame design. Infeed and outfeed assemblies are movable between operating and cleaning positions. An outfeed assembly includes a drive for a conveyor belt and a scraper assembly. The scraper assembly comprises a scraper blade mounted to a mounting bar extending between two connecting plates and a leaf spring extending rearward from the mounting bar for biasing the scraper blade into contact with the conveyor belt.

A device is adapted to be coupled to a conveyor system and recondition at least one chain of the conveyor system. The device includes a base and at least one attachment element coupled to the base. The attachment element is adapted to detachably couple the device to the conveyor system. At least one reconditioning element is coupled to the base, and the reconditioning element is adapted to engage and recondition the chain as the chain moves relative to the reconditioning element. At least one biasing element is coupled to the reconditioning element, and the biasing element urges the reconditioning element away from the base and into engagement with the chain.

A device is adapted to be coupled to a conveyor system and recondition at least one chain of the conveyor system. The device includes a base and at least one attachment element coupled to the base. The attachment element is adapted to detachably couple the device to the conveyor system. At least one reconditioning element is coupled to the base, and the reconditioning element is adapted to engage and recondition the chain as the chain moves relative to the reconditioning element. At least one biasing element is coupled to the reconditioning element, and the biasing element urges the reconditioning element away from the base and into engagement with the chain.

Each cell support preferably is configured to support a container and includes a nozzle configured to supply cleaning gas from the pipe to the container.
