TRANSPORT DEVICE
A transport device has a position detection portion, a holding portion attached to an arm, a driving portion to drive the holding portion and the arm, and a control portion. A control portion controls the position detection portion and the driving portion to perform, as one cycle, a procedure to detect a position of a parcel, select parcels based on a predetermined condition, and set priority for the selected parcels, and a procedure to refer to a result of the detection, and cause the holding portion to take out one or more parcels from the accumulation portion in accordance with the priority to transport the parcels to a predetermined location, and excludes, from parcels to be taken out, a second parcel that is present within a predetermined distance from a first parcel and has priority lower than the priority of the first parcel, during the one cycle.
DEVICE FOR HANDLING PRODUCTS IN CONTAINERS BASED ON MOVEMENT BY ELASTIC PRESSURE ON THE TOP OF THE CONTAINERS
The present utility model refers to a device coupled to a robot or another moving system, exerting elastic pressure on the upper part over can containers, allowing to keep the products to be moved as fixed, displacing and turning them, defining their positions and organizing them for later palletization, enhanced with the introduction of locking pins, side wings, a lower metal plate covered by an elastic polymer with an innovative checkerboard design and a compression spring system, in the field of application intended to the industry and distribution centres for beverage and food, in the area of preparation of product container layers, ready before palletization.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCTS FOR EXECUTING PARTIAL DEPALLETIZATION OPERATIONS IN ROBOTIC DEPALLETIZATION
Various embodiments are directed to methods, apparatuses, systems, computing devices, computing entities, and the like for robotically depalletizing objects. In various embodiments, a controller-implemented method for robotic depalletization may comprise detecting a first object of a plurality of palletized objects arranged in a plurality of pallet layers, the first object defining at least a portion of a top pallet layer; identifying an initial pallet height defined by the first object; identifying a second pallet height defined by a second object of the plurality of palletized objects; detecting a pallet height difference based at least in part on the second pallet height; and determining that the top pallet layer has been depalletized based at least in part on a comparison of the pallet height difference to a threshold pallet layer height.
INTELLIGENT ROBOTIC SYSTEM FOR PALLETIZING AND DEPALLETIZING
Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems and methods, which can include, for receipt of a pallet involving a plurality of objects, controlling a robotic arm to depalletize each of the plurality of objects from the pallet according to a position, orientation, and weight of the each of the plurality of objects retrieved from a database.
System and method for separating workpieces
A system for separating a workpiece from workpieces is provided. The system includes a stocker on which a plurality of workpieces are stored in a stacked state, a holding unit including at least one pair of inverted V-shaped pads that sandwich and clamp both ends of one of the workpieces, and a moving unit that moves at least one of the holding unit and the stocker so as to relatively move the stocker downward with respect to the holding unit, which is in a state where the one of the workpieces is clamped by the at least one pair of pads, and to separate the one of the workpieces from other workpieces.

Liquid supplying system
Provided is a system for supplying a liquid (such as an irritant chemical solution) safely. This liquid supplying system comprises: a base on which a container containing liquid is placed; a hollow needle having a spired part; a first movement mechanism that moves the needle between a first needle position at which the spired part is separated from the container and a second needle position at which the spired part is passed through a wall of the container; a hollow tube having a smaller outer diameter than the inner diameter of the lumen of the needle; and a second movement mechanism that moves the tube between a first tube position separated from the container and a second tube position at which the tube is passed through the lumen of the needle located at the second needle position and is inserted inside the container.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IMPROVED FIXATION OF FLATS SEQUENCING SYSTEM LINEAR ACTUATOR
A system of mitigating force in a mechanical system, the system comprising a frame member, a first rail connected to the frame member, a second rail connected to the frame member and extending along the frame member in parallel to the first rail, an assembly movably engaging the first and second rails, and a first bracket located between the first and second rails, with at least one first bracket attachment secured to the frame member, the first bracket sharing an upper edge with a lower edge of the first rail, such that a downward force applied on the first rail is distributed to the first bracket and the frame member via the at least one first bracket attachment.
Sheet product supplying apparatus
A first sheet product 1 is gripped between an additional conveyor 2 and a feeding conveyor 3 at a downstream end of the additional conveyor 2. Subsequently, subsequent sheet products 1 are moved back by the feeding conveyor 3 to be separated from the first sheet product 1. Subsequently, the first sheet product 1 is supplied by the additional conveyor 2.
Deodorizing catch tray for hand dryers
Some embodiments of the present disclosure include a device for catching water under a hand dryer while simultaneously deodorizing a surrounding area. The device may include a stand-alone catch tray; and a deodorizing screen positioned within the catch tray such that forced air from the hand dryer contacts the deodorizing screen when the hand dryer is in use causing the deodorizing screen to release a fragrance and deodorize a surround area. The catch tray may include a top tray including a recessed sponge compartment sized to accommodate a sponge; a sponge positioned within the recessed sponge compartment; a base tray attached to the top tray; and a back wall extending upward from the base tray.
