AUTOMATIC APPARATUS FOR INSTALLING GOODS DELIVERY TERMINAL
An automatic apparatus used for installing a goods delivery terminal comprising a plurality of transporting modules, the transporting module is provided with a first guide rail. The automatic apparatus comprises a sliding assembly. After the transporting modules are joined and installed, the sliding assembly can slide upwards or downwards along the first guide rails from a side of one transporting module to a side of another transporting module. The automatic apparatus further comprises a holding component, a moving mechanism and an operating assembly. The holding component is used for holding the transporting module. After the sliding assembly slides to a position at or near the top portion of installed transporting module, the moving mechanism is used for moving the transporting module to be installed to a position right above the installed transporting module. The operating assembly is used for enabling and/or disabling fixed connection of the adjacent transporting modules.
BUFFER SORT
A sorting system having a buffer interposable between a discharge, such as a chute, supplying packages and multiple destination receptacles, such as wheeled bins. The buffer temporarily accumulates packages to ensure correct package delivery to assigned destination receptacles during overflow conditions. The buffer may be realized in various ways that operate in horizontal, vertical, or inclined planes.
Apparatus and method for automated objects manipulation to and from pallets
Conventionally, loading and unloading pallets occurred in a factory like environment, wherein traditional systems were used for stacking pallets vertically for retrieval thereof. However, these pallets arrive from a roller conveyer and such set-ups are purely based on the concept of storage purpose and lack in palletizing and depalletizing in effective manner. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide pallet loading and unloading apparatus for automated objects manipulation, wherein pallet(s) from a forklift jack arrives on a linear slider assembly for movement of pallet from loading area to manipulating area using two double-sided cylinders associated thereof. Rollers comprised in apparatus provide flexibility to linear slider to slide freely on top. Manipulator performs palletizing and depalletizing as applicable. During depalletizing, empty pallet is slide down using actuator(s) and guided pins and pushed back to bottom rollers which is below a L-channel and is pushed out towards bottom ramp at pallet exit area.

Method for automatically transferring spouted pouches and automatic pouch transferring assembly
A method for automatically transferring spouted pouches provides a simple, efficient approach for automatically loading spouted pouches from a container to a belt conveyor. And, an automatic pouch transferring assembly is also provided.
Systems and methods for pre-plating structural members
Pre-plating systems and related methods are disclosed. A pre-plating system includes a press, an infeed robot configured to deliver a structural member to the press, and an outfeed robot configured to remove the structural member from the press. The press is configured to secure a plate to the structural member while the structural member is held in position by at least one of the infeed robot or the outfeed robot. A pre-plating system includes a press, a transfer pedestal, a plate picking robot, and a press loading robot. The plate picking robot is configured to pick a plate from a container and position the plate on the transfer pedestal. The press loading robot is configured to transfer the plate to the press. The press is configured to press the plate into a structural member positioned within the press.
Transfer apparatus and transfer method
A transfer system in the form of a robot line used in one embodiment to transfer products, such as slices of meat or other fresh food, while complying with the hygienic requirements. The robot line may transfer the products, simply and with little constructive and financial effort. The robots used for this purpose may be very simply constructed with only one swivel arm and the robot base may be guided below the working plane, and only the swivel arm and the gripper may be disposed above the working plane.
Method and system for performing image classification for object recognition
Systems and methods for classifying at least a portion of an image as being textured or textureless are presented. The system receives an image generated by an image capture device, wherein the image represents one or more objects in a field of view of the image capture device. The system generates one or more bitmaps based on at least one image portion of the image. The one or more bitmaps describe whether one or more features for feature detection are present in the at least one image portion, or describe whether one or more visual features for feature detection are present in the at least one image portion, or describe whether there is variation in intensity across the at least one image portion. The system determines whether to classify the at least one image portion as textured or textureless based on the one or more bitmaps.
